Consider the context: this mandate emerges from a nation steeped in the ways of Edom, a nation that has consistently rejected the covenant and embraced the false gods of materialism and self-worship. To offer the Scriptures alongside the writings of those who actively oppose Yahuah’s Law is a mockery, a symbolic mixing of the sacred and the profane. It is reminiscent of the abomination described in the prophets, where the people offer sacrifices to Yahuah while simultaneously bowing down to idols.

Scattered Yisrael must not be deceived by such gestures. The true restoration of Yisrael will not come through the endorsement of Edomite power structures, but through repentance, obedience, and a return to the ancient paths.
