1. Agreement
By accessing or using The Shofar Wire (shofarwire.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Shofar Wire is operated by Taylor Bet Av Trust through Governed Enterprises.
2. Content
The Shofar Wire publishes news analysis, biblical prophetic commentary, and related digital content. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that content is free of errors.
3. Membership
The Remnant Membership grants access to member-only articles, early broadcast access, the premium newsletter, and the full article archive while your subscription is active. Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. All subscription fees are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to redistribute, republish, or resell member-only content. You agree not to share account access with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
Content represents the views of The Shofar Wire and is not legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. Prophetic commentary is offered as analysis and study, not as absolute prediction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Shofar Wire, Taylor Bet Av Trust, Governed Enterprises, and affiliated parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
