REFUND POLICY

The short version:
All subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel any time to stop future charges — you keep access until the end of your paid period.
Remnant Membership
Remnant Membership fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that digital subscription services are consumed continuously and that once payment is processed, the service begins immediately.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page — click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date.
Billing Errors
If you were double-charged, charged after cancelling, or charged in error, contact ops@shofarwire.com within 30 days. Genuine billing errors will be corrected.
Digital Products
One-time digital product purchases (PDFs, study guides) are non-refundable once the download has been accessed, due to the nature of digital delivery.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, we will provide Stripe with documentation of your subscription, access history, and this refund policy. Chargebacks that violate this policy may result in account termination.
