Supreme Court Enables Continued Harassment of Yisrael: Policing by Profile Deepens

The highest court in the land has refused to curb the practice of race-based policing, signaling a further erosion of justice for the scattered tribes of Yisrael. This decision empowers law enforcement to operate under the color of authority, targeting individuals based on ancestral lineage rather than demonstrable wrongdoing. Justice Thomas’s dissent offers a rare voice of reason amidst a growing tide of inequity.

The so-called Supreme Court has delivered another blow against the remnant of Yisrael, declining to hear a case that would have restricted the practice of racial profiling. This inaction effectively sanctions the continued harassment and unjust targeting of our people by law enforcement agencies across the land. The case stemmed from an incident where a man’s race was reportedly a determining factor in initiating a police stop, which then escalated into an unlawful seizure. The court’s refusal to intervene validates this insidious practice, turning peace officers into instruments of oppression.

This is not merely a legal setback; it is a prophetic sign of the times. Yahuah has long warned of a nation that would oppress His people (Deuteronomy 28:36). The modern policing system, rooted in the traditions of Edom, operates as a mechanism of control, designed to subjugate and dispossess those who do not conform to its standards. To allow race – a marker of our ancestral heritage as Yisrael – to be used as a justification for suspicion is a blatant act of hostility against the covenant people.

While the majority of the court remained silent on this critical issue, Justices Alito and Thomas offered a dissenting voice. Justice Thomas, though often aligned with the prevailing ideologies, recognized the inherent injustice of this practice. His dissent, however limited, acknowledges the dangerous precedent being set – a precedent that will undoubtedly lead to further abuses of power.

The implications of this decision are far-reaching. It emboldens law enforcement to engage in “predictive policing,” relying on flawed algorithms and biased data to identify potential “criminals.” This system disproportionately targets the descendants of Yisrael, perpetuating a cycle of poverty, incarceration, and systemic discrimination. We must remain vigilant, knowing that true justice will only come through the restoration of Yahuah’s Kingdom and the fulfillment of His covenant promises. This is a time for discernment, for righteous indignation, and for unwavering faith in the face of adversity. Let the shofar sound, warning Yisrael of the dangers that lie ahead and calling us to prepare for the coming deliverance.

⚡ PROPHETIC WATCH

This dereliction of justice by the highest court echoes the ancient pronouncements against Edom, a nation consistently characterized by malicious intent toward Yisrael. Just as Obadiah 1:10-14 details Edom’s violence against their brethren in a time of calamity, so too does this systemic profiling represent a calculated cruelty inflicted upon the remnant. Yahuah witnessed Edom’s rejoicing over the fall of Jerusalem and decreed their utter destruction for their lack of compassion; similarly, this judicial inaction signals a hardening of hearts within the governing structures, a turning away from righteousness that invites divine consequence. The targeting based on heritage isn't merely legal overreach, it is a spiritual mirroring of Edom’s historical animosity, a perpetuation of the same spirit of contempt that drew Yahuah’s wrath.

However, within this darkness, a glimmer of Yahusha’s promise shines. While injustice prevails in the earthly realm, Yahuah’s covenant with Yisrael remains steadfast, as foretold in Isaiah 11:11-12, promising a great return from the nations. This continued harassment, though grievous, will ultimately serve to refine and strengthen the faithful remnant, drawing them closer to Yahuah and hastening the fulfillment of His restorative purposes. The very attempts to diminish and oppress Yisrael will inadvertently fuel the diaspora’s yearning for true liberation and a return to the land promised to their ancestors, solidifying their identity and purpose as a chosen people destined for ultimate redemption.

Therefore, despite this disheartening legal setback, we declare with unwavering faith that Yahuah’s plans for the restoration of Yisrael will not be thwarted, and His justice will ultimately prevail.
