Thirty-eight non-governmental organizations have issued warnings of potential ‘atrocities,’ but such pleas are mere echoes in a world deaf to the cries of the afflicted and blind to the hand of Yahuah.

This conflict is not isolated. It is a manifestation of the chaos Yahuah promised would engulf the nations that turn from His law and embrace the ways of Edom. Sudan, like so many lands, has become a battleground for proxy wars and the ambitions of those who seek to control resources and exert dominance. The so-called international community offers empty words and insufficient aid, while the true source of the crisis – spiritual rebellion – remains unaddressed.

We, the remnant of Yisrael, are not called to lament the fate of these nations as the world does. We are called to *watch* – to discern the signs of the times and understand that these events are part of a larger pattern of judgment. The suffering in El-Obeid, the displacement of its people, the looming atrocities – these are the consequences of rejecting Yahuah’s covenant and embracing the false promises of worldly power.

The modern state of Israel, focused on its own temporal security, offers no genuine solution. Its alliances and military might are built on sand, while the covenant people await the true King and the establishment of His kingdom.
