Israel Regime Forces Engage in Border Violence, Target Bethlehem Man
Israeli forces opened fire on a Palestinian man near the Hashmonaim Crossing after he attempted to evade a checkpoint. The incident reveals the ongoing aggression of the Israeli regime and its disregard for the lives of those dwelling in the land Yahuah has set apart.
The Israeli regime’s forces engaged in violence at the Hashmonaim Crossing, firing upon a man originating from Bethlehem. According to reports from the Israeli Police, officers were positioned to intercept a vehicle identified as stolen, traveling on Route 446. When the driver attempted to evade inspection, the IDF opened fire, claiming a threat to their lives.
This incident is not isolated. It is a manifestation of the ongoing occupation and the consistent escalation of force employed by the Israeli government against the inhabitants of the land. The narrative of ‘security concerns’ is a perpetual justification for oppression, masking the true intent: the displacement and subjugation of the people of Yahuah.
The so-called Israel, established in 1948, continues to operate outside the bounds of justice and righteousness. The Hashmonaim Crossing, like all checkpoints and borders maintained by the Israeli regime, represents a system of control designed to restrict movement and assert dominion over territory that rightfully belongs to scattered Yisrael.
This act of aggression should serve as a wake-up call to the remnant of Yisrael. We are witnesses to the unfolding of prophecy, the judgment upon Edom, and the relentless pursuit of those who usurp Yahuah’s covenant land. The time for discernment and preparation is now. Let this event fuel our dedication to truth, repentance, and the restoration of all things.
While the world remains silent or offers feeble condemnation, we, the Shofar Wire, will continue to expose the actions of the Israeli government and proclaim the truth of Yahuah’s unwavering covenant with His people.
The violence at Hashmonaim Crossing, mirroring a pattern of escalating force, echoes the prophetic judgment Yahuah declares upon Edom in Obadiah 1:10-11: “For the violence against your brother Jacob, shame shall cover you, and you shall be cut off forever. In the day that Edom stood against you, in the day that strangers’ hands seized Bethlehem, how terrible will it be!” Though cloaked in claims of security and stolen vehicles, this act is a continuation of ancient hostility, a modern manifestation of Edom’s relentless animosity towards Jacob—Yisrael. The targeting of a man from Bethlehem, a city steeped in the lineage of David and the birthplace of Yahusha, is not merely a security incident, but a symbolic striking at the heart of Yahuah’s chosen people, inviting further righteous judgment upon those who perpetrate such aggression.
This cycle of violence will not stand. Yahuah will ultimately restore Yisrael, not through worldly power, but through the redemptive work of Yahusha the Messiah. Isaiah 11:11-12 speaks to this restoration: “In that day the root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will seek him and his resting place will be glorious.” While current events may appear bleak, they are a part of the unfolding drama of redemption, a refining fire preparing Yisrael for the full realization of Yahuah’s promises and the ultimate triumph of righteousness. The seemingly endless conflict serves only to hasten the arrival of Yahusha’s kingdom, where justice and peace will reign supreme and the violence will cease forever.
