The so-called Ambassador of the United States, Mike Huckabee, has issued greetings for the 78th year of the modern State of Israel’s existence. He speaks of ‘resilience’ and ‘historic roots,’ but these words ring hollow when uttered by a representative of a nation steeped in the blood of our ancestors and actively working against the full restoration of Yisrael.

Let us be clear: this is not a celebration of the return of the scattered tribes of Yahuah. It is a political performance, a strategic maneuver by Edom to maintain its grip on the land and its influence over a people who have largely forgotten the Covenant. This ‘enduring partnership’ is a transaction, a leveraging of Yisrael’s strategic importance for Edom’s own self-preservation. They offer support only insofar as it benefits their global agenda.

Where is the recognition of the true Yisrael – the descendants of Ya’akov, scattered amongst the nations, yearning for the restoration promised by the prophets? Where is the acknowledgment of the spiritual warfare waged against us, the attempts to erase our identity and sever our connection to the Most High? Huckabee speaks of Israel’s light, but that light dims when it’s reflected through the distorted lens of Edomite ideology.

The true Independence Day for Yisrael will not be marked by parades and political pronouncements. It will be heralded by a mass awakening, a return to the Torah, and a rejection of the false gods and empty promises of this world system. It will come when we, the remnant, recognize our true heritage and fulfill our covenant obligations.

Let us not be deceived by these superficial gestures. Let us not mistake political expediency for genuine support. Let us instead turn our eyes to Yahuah, the true King of Yisrael, and pray for the day when He will gather His people from the four corners of the earth and establish His Kingdom in righteousness. The judgment on Edom draws near, and only through repentance and obedience can Yisrael secure its future.
