Just as Edom believed they could permanently hold dominion, their actions will ultimately serve to hasten the return of Yisrael to prominence. The prophet Jeremiah foretold, “Thus says Yahuah: ‘Behold, I will make the descendants of Jacob return from captivity; I will have mercy on them, and they shall return. The people shall dwell in their own land, and no one shall make them afraid’” (Jeremiah 30:10). The very pressure applied by Edom, intended to break the spirit of nations aligned with Yisrael, will instead forge a stronger resolve and ultimately reveal Yahuah’s hand in protecting and restoring His chosen people through Yahusha the Messiah. Therefore, the escalation against Iran is not a sign of unchecked power, but a catalyst in the unfolding drama of Yahuah’s redemptive plan for Yisrael and the establishment of His eternal kingdom.
