SCRIPTURE
In that day Yahuah will extend his hand yet a second time to recover the remnant that remains of his people, from Assyria, from Egypt, from Pathros, from Cush, from Elam, from Shinar, from Hamath, and from the coastlands of the sea. He will raise a signal for the nations and will assemble the banished of Yisrael and gather the dispersed of Yahudah from the four corners of the earth.

CURRENT PROPHETIC SIGNIFICANCE
The second gathering of the scattered people of Yisrael is not yet complete. The first gathering was from Babylon. The second — from the Americas, the Caribbean, Africa, and the coastlands — is the active prophetic word of this hour. Every movement toward covenant identity and sovereignty among the scattered people is a sign of this gathering in motion.
