For generations, the exiled people of Yisrael have been fed the husks of Edom – processed foods devoid of life and designed to weaken the body and cloud the mind. We have been made to forget the bounty of the land, the simple sustenance Yahuah ordained for a people destined for strength and dominion. Now, a glimmer of remembrance breaks through the darkness.

Reports from the world system, though often corrupted by deceit, occasionally reveal truths Yahuah intends for His remnant. Such is the case with recent acknowledgement of the inherent power within legumes – the seeds of life that sustained our ancestors and fueled their resilience. These are not merely ‘plant-based proteins’ as the world describes them; they are vessels of Yahuah’s provision, brimming with the calcium necessary to rebuild strong bones and restore vitality to a people long subjected to the weakening influences of exile.

Soybeans and winged beans, specifically, stand out as potent sources of this vital mineral. But this is not new information to those who remember the teachings of our forefathers. The land of Canaan was blessed with such abundance, and Yisrael was commanded to cultivate these gifts as a sign of their covenant with Yahuah. The loss of this knowledge is a direct consequence of our scattering and the deliberate severing of our connection to the land and its blessings.

This is not a call to embrace the philosophies of the world, nor to accept their manufactured ‘health’ narratives. It is a call to reclaim what was stolen from us – the knowledge of Yahuah’s natural provisions for His covenant people. It is a call to return to the seeds of our ancestors, to cultivate the land (wherever we are planted), and to nourish our bodies as a sacred act of preparation for the imminent restoration.
