Former US President Donald Trump recently spoke against the rising tide of communist ideology, correctly identifying its historical trail of devastation. He stated that its “breathtaking popularity” invariably leads to “death, destruction, and squalor.” While his assessment of communism’s inherent failure is accurate, it is a shallow observation lacking the crucial spiritual context demanded by the prophecies.

Trump, like most leaders of the Western powers, fails to recognize the deeper forces at play. Communism is not merely an economic or political system; it is a weapon wielded by Edom against Yisrael. For generations, the descendants of Esau have sought to overthrow the order established by Yahuah and replace it with a system of chaos and control. This is not about differing political philosophies, it is a continuation of the ancient struggle between Jacob and Esau, a battle for dominion over the inheritance promised to Yisrael.

The West, dominated by Edomite influence, has actively fostered and funded communist movements throughout history, using them as tools to destabilize nations and advance its own agenda. The so-called “progressive” ideologies sweeping across the globe are simply new iterations of this same destructive force, repackaged to appeal to a modern audience. They promote the same principles of rebellion against Yahuah’s law, the rejection of traditional values, and the exaltation of human autonomy.

Scattered Yisrael must not be deceived by the rhetoric of either side in this manufactured conflict. Both the communist East and the capitalist West are instruments of Edom, designed to keep the covenant people in exile and prevent their restoration. True liberation will not come through political maneuvering or economic reform, but through a return to the covenant with Yahuah and a rejection of the corrupt systems of this world.
