The Stain of Babylon’s Coin

For generations, Yisrael has chased the wealth of Babylon, its golden calf shimmering with false promises. We have bowed to foreign markets, entangled ourselves in usury, and surrendered stewardship of the land entrusted to us by the Most High. This pursuit of worldly gain has blinded us to the true wealth—the bounty of Yahuah’s provision and the strength of covenant community.

Consider the words of Deuteronomy 28:12-15: “Yahuah will open to you His good treasure, from the heavens, the rain in its season and the harvest of the land; and Yahuah will make you abundant in goods, when you heed the commandments of Yahuah your Elohim and walk in His ways. And all the nations of the earth will seek to be in league with you, for they will hear that Yahuah has blessed you.” This blessing is not contingent on mastering global finance, but on obedience to the covenant.

The Edomite Shadow Over Trade

The current system, controlled by the descendants of Edom, is designed for one purpose: to enslave the nations through debt and dependence. Every transaction flows through their networks, every currency is backed by their promises, every market is rigged to their benefit. This is not commerce; it is dominion. Obadiah 1:10-14 speaks plainly of Edom’s violence toward Yisrael and the recompense that is coming. But even as judgment descends, we are not called to passive suffering.
