Amos 9:7 declares that Yahuah will set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people. This is not a promise of ease, but a promise of deliverance *through* trial. Babylon seeks to disrupt the restoration, but Yahuah will not allow its plans to come to fruition.

The expansion of Edom’s instruments of judgment – its legal systems, its surveillance technologies, its financial controls – is a direct challenge to Yisrael’s autonomy. This is a clear signal.
