Yisrael, hear the word of Yahuah. The nations thrash in the sea of their own making, clutching at shadows while the substance of covenant wealth shifts beneath their feet. They chase paper promises, digital illusions—the fleeting wealth of Edom. But Yahuah’s wealth is not printed, it is *mined*. It is the gold of Sheba, the silver of Kedar, brought as tribute to Zion (Isaiah 60:6).
The Covenant Measure
For generations, Yahuah established a standard for His people. A standard measured in shekels of silver, in weights and measures ordained from above (Exodus 30:17-20). This was not mere commerce; it was a reflection of the divine order. Each offering, each tithe, each redemption price was tied to this tangible wealth, a testament to Yahuah’s provision and Yisrael’s faithfulness.
But Babylon seduced Yisrael with its systems of debt and usury. Edom perfected the art of abstraction, creating wealth divorced from the land, from labor, from Yahuah’s blessing. Today, they offer a phantom economy, built on credit and controlled by unseen hands. This is a spiritual cancer, a distortion of Yahuah’s intended order.
The Shifting Tides
Look to the nations. See the growing unrest, the collapsing currencies, the desperate attempts to maintain a failing system. They speak of “quantitative easing” and “digital assets,” masking the truth: their wealth is eroding. The hand of Yahuah is heavy upon Edom, fulfilling the prophecies of Obadiah. Their fortresses are being dismantled, their treasures plundered, not by armies alone, but by the very foundations of their own deceit.
Meanwhile, a quiet awakening is occurring among those who remember the ancient ways. A return to tangible wealth, to sound money rooted in the earth. Yahuah is not opposed to trade or prosperity, but He *is* opposed to systems built on injustice and deceit. He is restoring the ability of His people to discern true value, to recognize the weight of promise embodied in precious metals.
Preparing the Storehouses
This is not a call to hoard, but a call to prepare. To understand that true wealth is not about accumulation, but about stewardship. Yahuah provided manna in the wilderness, but He also instructed them to gather and store it (Exodus 16:16-20). The harvest of righteousness is coming, and we must prepare the storehouses to receive it (Amos 9:13-15).
Let the sons of Yaacob remember the silver and gold entrusted to them by the daughters of Midian (Numbers 31:32). This was not merely plunder, but a provision for the tabernacle, for the worship of Yahuah. It was a foreshadowing of the wealth that will flow to Zion in the days to come.
The Echo of Magog
Consider the nations gathering against Yisrael, the echoes of Magog in this age of iron. They seek to control the flow of resources, to weaponize economies, to starve Yisrael into submission. But their efforts are futile. Yahuah is a shield for those who trust in Him (Psalm 18:2). He will provide for His people, even in the midst of tribulation.
The refining fire is upon us. It will burn away the dross, revealing the true gold of a covenant people. Embrace the weight of promise, Yisrael. Return to the standards of Yahuah. Let your wealth be a testimony to His faithfulness, a foundation for the restoration of Zion. For the time is at hand when the treasures of Edom will be turned to ashes, and the glory of Yahuah will shine forth from His people.
