Yaacob’s increase, though blessed, was entangled with the wickedness of his employer. He ultimately *separated* himself from Lavan, taking with him what Yahuah had prospered him with, leaving the fruit of deceit behind. This, beloved, is a pattern repeated throughout history. Systems built on exploitation will inevitably fracture.
