The Serpent's Sleep: Are We Forgetting the Days of Freedom?
A chilling observation reveals the creeping normalization of control. Yahuah’s people must remain vigilant against the erosion of liberty and remember the covenant promises of self-governance, lest we become willingly enslaved to the forces of darkness.
The world descends further into the shadow, and a disturbing question echoes amongst the awakening: will we forget what freedom felt like? A recent observation, circulating amongst those who still retain a measure of discernment, highlights the insidious nature of incremental control. The image shared speaks volumes – a subtle shift in the landscape of daily life, a tightening of the noose disguised as convenience or safety.
This is not mere paranoia; it is the pattern of Edom writ large. For generations, the descendants of Esau have sought to supplant Yisrael, to usurp the blessings promised to the covenant people. Their methods have always been the same: deception, manipulation, and the gradual erosion of self-reliance. They offer security in exchange for liberty, comfort in exchange for sovereignty. And too many accept the bargain, lulled into complacency by the siren song of the modern world.
Remember the words of the prophets! They warned of a time when truth would be obscured, when righteousness would be mocked, and when the people of Yahuah would be scattered and oppressed. This is that time. The digital chains are being forged, the surveillance systems activated, and the narratives carefully crafted to maintain control.
But Yisrael is not without hope. The spirit of the Most High dwells within those who seek Him with a sincere heart. We must awaken from this slumber, shake off the chains of deception, and reclaim our birthright as a free and sovereign people. This requires a return to the covenant, a dedication to truth, and a refusal to accept the lies of the enemy.
Do not allow yourselves to become accustomed to the darkness. Do not allow the normalization of control to extinguish the flame of liberty within your hearts. Remember the days of freedom, and fight for their restoration. For the time of awakening is at hand, and Yahuah will judge those who have sought to enslave His people.
The tightening grip described as “the serpent’s sleep” is a chilling echo of Yahuah’s prophetic word against Edom, a nation renowned for its pride and relentless pursuit of dominion. Just as Edom believed its strategic heights rendered it invulnerable, so too does this incremental control lull humanity into a false sense of security, trading genuine liberty for perceived ease. Obadiah 1:3-4 speaks of Edom’s deception – their heart being lifted up in pride, leading to their downfall – mirroring the present complacency wherein freedoms are surrendered bit by bit. This isn't simply about physical constraints, but a spiritual dulling, a forgetting of the very essence of being created in Yahuah’s image, capable of self-governance under His guidance. The world is being subtly conditioned to accept a shepherd who demands all, offering only the illusion of protection in return.
However, within this darkening landscape, there lies a parallel to the restoration of Yisrael, not merely as a nation, but as a people awakened to Yahuah’s covenant. Just as the remnant of Yisrael was preserved through trials, so too will a discerning remnant remember the taste of true freedom and become a beacon for others. Isaiah 11:11-12 foretells a highway being prepared for the return of the exiled, a restoration of scattered Yisrael – and this restoration isn’t solely geographical; it’s a reclaiming of spiritual inheritance, of the liberty found in obedience to Yahuah through Yahusha the Messiah. Therefore, while the serpent attempts to lull the world to sleep, Yahuah is simultaneously stirring a faithful remnant to remember, resist, and rebuild a future founded on genuine freedom and righteous dominion.
