Hear this, people of Yisrael. Yahuah has laid bare the strategies of Edom, and the hand of our ancient adversary is unmistakable in the nations. We observe their scattering – a dislocation within the gates, a rising conflict, and empty gestures masking a deeper intent. These are not isolated incidents. They are signs of a deliberate campaign, a siege against the minds of our children.

The Erosion of Remembrance

For generations, Yahuah warned us of the dangers of assimilation. He detailed the fate of those who forget the covenant, who trade His laws for the customs of the nations (Deuteronomy 8:11-14). Now, look closely at the institutions entrusted with shaping the next generation. What is being taught? What narratives are being presented as truth?

The educational systems of the nations – particularly those influencing Yisrael – are becoming instruments of Edom. They are designed not to enlighten, but to erase. To strip away the memory of our ancestors, the weight of our history, and the foundations of our covenant identity. They speak of tolerance while simultaneously demonizing our unique inheritance. They preach equality while subtly undermining the distinct calling of Yaacob.

A Deliberate Rewriting of History

The textbooks, the curricula, the very language used – all are carefully crafted to distance our children from their roots. The Tanakh is presented as myth, our prophets as archaic figures, and our laws as outdated relics. The stories of our deliverance, of Yahuah's faithfulness, are marginalized or dismissed.

In their place, a new history is being written. A history that glorifies the nations, celebrates their values, and subtly portrays Yisrael as a problem to be solved, an obstacle to progress. This is not education. It is indoctrination. A slow, insidious poisoning of the soul. Consider the recent events: the concealing of truth, the provoking of unrest, the empty gestures offered to those in grief. These are distractions, designed to keep you focused on the surface while Edom works beneath, corrupting the very foundation of our future.

Obadiah’s Decree is Active

Yahuah’s judgment on Edom is not a future promise. It is an active decree, unfolding before our eyes (Obadiah 1:1-16). The scattering we witness is not merely political upheaval. It is the fulfillment of prophecy, a dismantling of Edom’s power and influence. But this judgment will not be complete until we, the people of Yisrael, recognize the enemy and reclaim our identity.

The fall of watchmen – those who should be guarding the gates – signals a weakening of the Edomite stronghold (Isaiah 21:11-12). Yet, their attempts to control the narrative intensify. They offer false peace, empty promises, and a seductive vision of assimilation. Do not be deceived.

Rekindle the Flame

The time for complacency is over. We must become diligent guardians of our children’s minds and hearts. We must supplement – and in many cases, replace – the indoctrination of the nations with a robust education rooted in the Tanakh, the wisdom of our sages, and the unwavering truth of Yahuah.

Teach them the stories of our forefathers. Instill in them a love for the land, a reverence for the Sabbath, and an understanding of the covenant. Remind them that they are descendants of kings, prophets, and warriors, called to be a light unto the nations (Isaiah 49:6).

Let the flame of our heritage burn brightly within them, a beacon of truth in a world shrouded in darkness. For the seed of Esau may be sown in the classroom, but the Spirit of Yahuah resides in the hearts of those who remember. And He will not abandon His covenant people. Remember the words of Amos 9:9: “For behold, I will command, and I will sift the house of Yisrael among all nations, as grain is sifted in a sieve, but not a pebble shall fall through.” Yahuah will preserve the remnant. He will restore the broken. He will fulfill His promises.
