We see the signs multiplying – interference in governance, crumbling institutions, the relentless hunting of the scattered remnant. Consider Revelation 18. Babylon, that great harlot, is judged for her sorceries—*pharmakeia*. This is not merely witchcraft, but the manipulation of substances, the crafting of potions and remedies that ensnare the body and the spirit. Edom, the inheritor of Esau’s animosity toward Yaacob, has mastered this dark art. They present themselves as healers, as saviors of life, while subtly undermining the vitality of Yisrael and all who dwell among them.

The Illusion of Control

Look around you. Observe the system built upon the promise of wellness. A system that demands obedience, that dictates what enters your bodies, that silences dissenting voices with accusations of ignorance and fear. This is not healthcare; it is control. Edom offers a poisoned cup, sweetened with promises of longevity and comfort, but filled with the bitterness of dependence and spiritual decay.

They speak of “science,” of “progress,” but their true allegiance lies with the ancient hatred. Remember Obadiah 1:10: “For the violence against your brother Yaacob, shame shall cover you, and you shall be utterly destroyed.” This destruction is not simply physical. It is the erosion of our heritage, the weakening of our resilience, the severing of our connection to Yahuah.

The Stolen Inheritance

The news echoes with reports of Edom’s tech giants warring over stolen inheritance. This is not merely a battle for profit. It is a contest for dominion over the very building blocks of life. They seek to patent, to control, to manipulate the natural order, believing they can improve upon the creation of Yahuah. This arrogance is a hallmark of Edomite pride, a defiance of the covenant.

They offer solutions to problems they themselves create. They manufacture disease to sell cures. They profit from weakness and despair. This cycle of dependency is a form of enslavement, a modern echo of the bondage our ancestors endured in Mitzraim.

The Refining Fire

Yahuah is not unaware of Edom’s schemes. He sees the sorceries, the manipulations, the hidden agendas. The judgment is unfolding, as prophesied in Isaiah 34 and Ezekiel 25. The crumbling of institutions, the exposure of corruption, these are not random events. They are the dismantling of Edom’s power structures, the prelude to a reckoning.

The time of Yaaqob’s trouble is upon us. This is a refining fire, a time of testing and purification. It will be painful, yes, but necessary. Yahuah will separate the wheat from the chaff, the faithful from the deceived.

Return to the Covenant

What then shall Yisrael do? Reject the poisoned cup. Return to the wisdom of our ancestors. Embrace the natural remedies that Yahuah has provided. Strengthen your bodies through wholesome foods and righteous living. Most importantly, fortify your spirits through diligent study of the Torah and unwavering faith in Yahusha.

Let us not be lulled into complacency by the siren song of Edom. Let us not trade our spiritual inheritance for a fleeting illusion of physical well-being. Let us stand firm in the covenant, knowing that Yahuah is our protector, our healer, and our ultimate redeemer. Amos 9:11 promises restoration – but only for those who remain faithful to His word. The time for discernment is now. The time for action is at hand.
