The signs multiply, beloved of Yisrael. The nations writhe under the judgment Yahuah has poured out, and the lands of Japheth tremble before Russia’s fury – a foreshadowing of the greater shaking to come (Obadiah 1:1-21). Babylon, in its modern guise, offers false comfort through systems riddled with decay and deceit. We see it in the parasitic plagues sweeping the earth, the silencing of truth concerning the corruption of life’s very foundations, and the poisoning of the new generation with the serpent’s seed of microplastics. They offer control, but reveal only weakness. They suppress Yahuah’s healing gifts, declaring war against natural restoration (Isaiah 1:18).
These are not isolated incidents, but facets of a singular unfolding judgment – a refining fire for Yisrael, and a lamentation for those who cling to the decaying idols of Edom. But within this darkness, Yahuah provides a path forward, a path rooted in self-sufficiency and a return to the principles of covenant living.
