Hear this, O house of Yaacob, for Yahuah has spoken concerning Edom. The nations posture and flex, believing their strength is their own. They amass armies, project power across the seas, and believe they control the narrative. But Yahuah declares their arrogance a delusion. Their iron will bend, their steel shatter, for the sword of Yahuah is being sharpened even now against Edom.

The Echoes of Isaiah 34

Consider the words of Isaiah 34. “Go, gather all nations against this city,” Yahuah commands, speaking of a judgment upon Edom. This is not a call to *us* to gather armies, but a prophecy of *their* futile gathering. They believe they are building empires, securing resources, and establishing dominance. They are, in truth, gathering themselves for destruction.

Observe the nations of the West – the so-called democracies – their relentless pursuit of military expansion. They intervene in conflicts not their own, build bases on foreign soil, and impose their will through economic and military pressure. This is the mark of Edom, a people historically defined by pride, animosity towards Yisrael, and a thirst for power.

They boast of precision weaponry and unparalleled intelligence. They believe they can dictate terms to the world. But Yahuah mocks their confidence. “For the day of Yahuah is near upon all the nations,” (Isaiah 34:6). Their vaunted technology will not save them. Their strategic alliances will crumble.

The Weight of Glory and the Dust of Edom

They speak of a “rules-based international order.” A convenient fiction masking naked self-interest. Yahuah’s order is immutable, founded on covenant, and enforced by righteous judgment. Their order is built on shifting sands, destined to be swept away.

The recent displays of military force—the interventions, the exercises, the threats—are not signs of strength. They are symptoms of a deeper weakness, a desperation born of a failing system. They chase shadows, attempting to control a world that ultimately belongs to Yahuah.

We see it in the strain on their economies, the growing internal unrest, and the erosion of their moral foundations. The weight of glory will fall upon Zion, while the dust of Edom settles upon a broken civilization.

The Hand of Edom, The Bow of Persia

Remember the prophetic warnings. The hand of Edom, working in concert with the bow of Persia, is tightening its grip. We have observed the resurgence of ancient rivalries, the forging of new alliances driven by shared animosity towards Yisrael and the qodeshim. This is not coincidence, but the unfolding of Yahuah’s plan.

Edom, in its modern guise, seeks to control the flow of resources, to dictate the terms of trade, and to isolate those who stand with Yahuah. They manipulate global markets, weaponize information, and sow discord among nations. They believe they can choke the life out of the righteous, but they underestimate the power of the Most High.

A Decree of Defeat

Yahuah declares a decree: Edom will not prevail. Their armies will be scattered, their economies will falter, and their influence will wane. The nations will turn against them, recognizing the emptiness of their promises and the futility of their ambitions.

This is not a call for rejoicing in their misfortune. It is a call for Yisrael to prepare. To refine ourselves in the crucible of tribulation, to strengthen our covenant with Yahuah, and to stand firm in the face of adversity.

The time of Yaacob’s trouble is at hand. The refining fire is burning away the dross. But remember this: through judgment, Yahuah makes a path for restoration. He will rebuild the ruins, restore the desolate lands, and establish His kingdom forever. Let the house of Yaacob be strong and of good courage. Yahuah is with us.
