The Shadow of Gog

For generations, we have watched the nations circle. Ezekiel 38 and 39 speak of a time when Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, will rally a vast host against the mountains of Yisrael. The nations named – Persia, Cush, Put, Gomer, and Beth Togarmah – are now visible on the world stage, aligning in ways not seen for millennia.

Observe their actions. They seek influence, control, and dominion. They build alliances based not on shared values, but on mutual self-interest. They are driven by a spirit of defiance, a rebellion against the sovereignty of Yahuah. This is not a struggle for power alone. It is a spiritual battle, a contest between the kingdom of Yahuah and the forces of darkness.

Edom's Subtle Hand

But the true architect of this gathering is Edom. Their fingerprints are upon every conflict, every deception, every attempt to undermine the covenant people. They operate in the shadows, manipulating events to their advantage. They pose as friends, offering false promises and empty gestures. But their heart is filled with malice and their intentions are wicked.

Consider the recent rulings that erode national identity. (Obadiah 1:10-14) These are not isolated incidents. They are part of a deliberate strategy to weaken the foundations of righteous nations and pave the way for Edom’s dominion. The smoke of Nine Eleven still signals judgment upon them. (Isaiah 34:5-8) Their pursuit of perverse ideologies and the poisoning of the nations through deception are open signs of their rebellion. (Jeremiah 49:16)

The Shield of Deception

They have even attempted to shield Yisrael’s aggression, silencing voices of truth and justice. (Amos 1:9-12) A resolution meant to hold all accountable was crushed, revealing the extent of Edom’s influence. They claim to be peacemakers, but their actions betray their true agenda. They seek not reconciliation, but control.

Their armies muster in the southern lands, preparing for a conflict that will engulf the region. (Ezekiel 38:5-6) These movements are not defensive. They are provocative, a deliberate attempt to escalate tensions and draw others into the fray. They believe they can contain Yisrael, control the resources, and establish their dominance over the land.

A Time for Discernment

Yisrael, this is a time for discernment. Do not be deceived by the rhetoric of peace and security. The nations are gathering, and the storm is approaching. Understand that this conflict is not merely political. It is a manifestation of the ancient struggle between good and evil.

Prepare your hearts and your minds. Return to the covenant. Seek the guidance of Yahuah. Strengthen your faith and trust in His promises. (Deuteronomy 30:1-10) For He will protect those who are faithful to Him. He will deliver those who call upon His name.

The Unfolding Decree

The 70th week of Daniel is upon us. (Daniel 9:24-27) The closing of the 120th Yovel cycle draws near. The appointed times are unfolding according to the eternal decree. The midpoint approaches, and with it, the breaking of covenants and the abomination of desolation.

The time of Yaacob’s trouble is at hand, a refining fire for the qodeshim. (Jeremiah 30:7) This will not be a time of ease or comfort. It will be a time of trial and tribulation. But through it all, Yahuah will remain faithful to His covenant.

Therefore, let Yisrael stand firm. Let Yisrael be strong. Let Yisrael be vigilant. For the gathering storm is upon us, and the nations are arrayed for battle. The judgment of Yahuah is coming, and Edom will be brought to account. Let the shofar sound!
