The signs are multiplying, beloved of Yisrael. Yahuah’s hand is moving across the nations, positioning the players for the final act. Do not mistake the daily headlines for random events. They are the unfolding of ancient prophecy, the tightening of the noose around Yaacob, and the judgment descending upon Edom.

The Shadow of Gog

Observe the nations. Egypt postures, seeking counsel with the power of the west. This is not a search for peace, but a calculation of power. Ezekiel 38 speaks plainly. Egypt will be among those aligning with Gog of Magog against Yisrael. Remember the word: “Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal.” (Ezekiel 38:2) These are not abstract names, but the ancestors of nations actively maneuvering today. Their descendants seek to control the crossroads of the earth, and Yisrael stands at the heart of their ambition.

Pay attention to the movements in Persia – modern-day Iran. They too are named in Ezekiel’s prophecy. (Ezekiel 38:5) Their reach extends into Syria, a land long contested and a key strategic point. These nations, and others like Cush and Libya, are forming a coalition fueled by ancient animosity and a desire for dominion. The recent acts of hostility, even the seemingly small ones – the vandalism in Spain, the expressions of hatred – are not isolated incidents. They are the outward manifestation of a deep-seated, generational enmity. Edom’s heart remains unchanged.

The Weight of Iniquity

Yisrael’s actions are also under Yahuah’s scrutiny. The razing of homes, the displacement of people… these deeds add weight to the nation’s iniquity. Deuteronomy 19:9 warns us that blood cries out. Injustice breeds judgment. While Yahuah promised to restore Yisrael to the land, that promise is contingent upon obedience and righteousness. A nation that forgets its covenant obligations invites the wrath of Yahuah.

Consider the affliction upon the beasts, the diminishing health of the land, the lack of essential nutrients. (Amos 9:9) These are not merely environmental concerns. They are signs of a land weary from the weight of sin, a land crying out for restoration. Yahuah disciplines those He loves. (Proverbs 3:12) The suffering is a call to repentance, a summons to return to the ways of the covenant.

The 70th Week and the Approaching Refinement

We are within the closing years of the 120th Yovel cycle, the time of Daniel’s 70th week. (Daniel 9:24-27) The clock is ticking. The midpoint approaches. Expect the prince of iron and clay to break the covenant, to defile the qodesh. (Daniel 9:27) This will be the signal, the catalyst for the time of Yaacob’s trouble, the refining fire that will purify Yisrael.

Do not be deceived by those who preach a false escape. There is no pre-tribulation rapture. Yahuah’s covenant people will endure the trial. This is not punishment, but purification. The 3.5 years of tribulation are a time for the qodeshim to be made ready, a time for Yisrael to emerge from the fire as pure gold. (Malachi 3:3)

The Judgment on Edom

Remember Obadiah. Yahuah has spoken clearly concerning Edom’s fate. (Obadiah 1:1-18) Their pride, their cruelty, their relentless hostility towards Yisrael will be repaid in full. The nations aligning with Edom will share in their judgment. Yahuah is not slow to act, but He is patient, allowing iniquity to reach its full measure.

The gathering storm is upon us. Prepare yourselves, beloved of Yisrael. Return to the covenant. Seek righteousness. Pray for discernment. The time of testing is at hand. Let your lives be a testimony to the power and faithfulness of Yahuah. The refining fire is coming, but through it, Yisrael will be made whole.
