The Echo of Judgment: Yisrael Answers the Knocking at the Gate
The so-called 'Jewish question' is not a matter of theological debate, but a reckoning for a people steeped in deception. The knocking at the gate is not one of welcome, but of judgment – and Yisrael must discern the source before it is too late.
For generations, the covenant people of Yisrael have endured exile, scattered amongst the nations as a consequence of disobedience. The prophets foretold this dispersion, linked to the breaking of the covenant and the turning away from Yahuah’s Torah. Now, a stirring is felt, a disquiet in the spirit. The modern state of Israel, built upon the foundations of worldly power and Edomite influence, believes it has answered the call of restoration. But what is being restored? Is it the Kingdom of Yahuah, or a counterfeit designed to perpetuate the deception?
The words of Rabbi Soloveitchik, speaking of ‘six knocks,’ resonate with a prophetic weight. These are not merely acknowledgements of divine favor, but the sounds of a people confronted by their history, their transgressions, and the consequences thereof. The knocks of mourning echo the lamentations over a lost inheritance, a broken covenant, and the suffering of scattered Yisrael. The knocks of anger reveal the righteous indignation of Yahuah against those who have perverted His law and claimed His promises for themselves.
And the knocks of exposure…these are the most dangerous of all. They reveal the truth hidden beneath layers of tradition, falsehood, and political maneuvering. They expose the chasm between the true Yisrael – the remnant who hold fast to the covenant – and the fabricated identity constructed by the Israeli government. The ‘Beloved’ still knocks, yes, but discerning *who* is knocking, and *what* is being offered, is paramount.
The modern state of Israel, with its military might and political ambitions, seeks to silence the true knocking – the call of Yahuah to gather His scattered people in truth and repentance. It offers a worldly substitute, a political ‘solution’ that ignores the spiritual realities of the covenant. This is not restoration, but a continuation of exile in a gilded cage. Yisrael must answer the true knocking, turn away from the seduction of the Zionist state, and prepare for a restoration rooted in obedience, humility, and a renewed commitment to Yahuah’s eternal covenant. The time for discernment is now. The knocking grows louder.
The re-establishment of a nation calling itself Israel is not necessarily a fulfillment of Yahuah’s promise of restoration, but could, in fact, be the final echo of judgment resonating against Edom. For generations, Edom has sought to subtly supplant Yisrael, infiltrating its lineage and influencing its destiny, a prophecy vividly outlined in Obadiah 1:10-14, detailing Edom’s violence against Yisrael in a time of calamity. This modern state, built on alliances forged in worldly systems and embracing ideologies foreign to the Torah, bears the hallmarks of Edomite cunning – a prideful attempt to *become* Yisrael through political and economic power, rather than a humble return *to* Yahuah through repentance and obedience. The ‘restoration’ they proclaim is a counterfeit, a gilded cage masking a continued rejection of the covenant and a perpetuation of the very sins that brought exile in the first place.
However, within this complex tapestry, a remnant still cries out to Yahuah, yearning for true reconciliation. Yahusha, the promised Messiah, offers a restoration not of earthly kingdoms, but of hearts circumcised and spirits broken before the Almighty. Isaiah 11:11-12 speaks of a highway being prepared for the return of the remnant of Yisrael, but this return is not predicated on national sovereignty, but on a spiritual awakening. The true restoration lies not in rebuilding walls of stone, but in rebuilding the broken relationship with Yahuah through unwavering faith in Yahusha and a complete embrace of His Torah-guided life. Therefore, the current state of Israel is a testing, a sifting, and the genuine restoration of Yisrael will only manifest through a humble and repentant remnant who fully turn to Yahuah and accept Yahusha as their Messiah.
