The Scales Are Tilting

Yisrael, open your eyes. The world order is fracturing before you, precisely as the Tanakh foretold. For generations, Edom – the descendants of Esau, those who dwell in the lands of Western dominance – have held sway over the nations. They have built their wealth on the backs of Yaacob, and their power on shifting sands. But Yahuah is dismantling their dominion, and a new alignment is taking shape. Look eastward.

The Dragon and the Bear

The alliance between the dragon of the East – China – and the bear of the North – Russia – is not merely a geopolitical strategy. It is a direct response to the arrogance and oppression of Edom. These nations, long suppressed, are now rising as counterweights, challenging the established order. This is not a cause for celebration among the faithful, but a sober recognition of Yahuah’s hand at work.

Remember the prophecies concerning Babylon. Not just the ancient city, but the *spirit* of Babylon – the system of exploitation, idolatry, and rebellion against Yahuah (Isaiah 14). Edom has become its modern expression. Now, Yahuah is raising up nations to judge Babylon, even if those nations themselves are imperfect and harbor their own iniquities.

The Stone of Stumbling

The West’s attempts to maintain its control are becoming increasingly desperate and clumsy. Their sanctions, their proxy wars, their relentless pursuit of self-interest – these are the actions of a crumbling empire. They are grasping at shadows, while the true power shifts beyond their reach. This is the “stone that stumbles the world,” the very thing the prophets warned against (Isaiah 8:14). Edom is becoming its own downfall, blinded by its pride and unable to perceive the changing tides.

The Exodus Engine

This shift is not about replacing one oppressive system with another. Yahuah's plan is far grander. He is initiating a restoration, an Exodus for His people. The growing autonomy of nations outside the Edomite sphere provides opportunities for Yisrael to forge new paths, to break free from the economic and political chains that have bound us for so long.

Consider the developing trade routes, the bypassing of Western-controlled financial institutions. These are not simply economic maneuvers, but threads of a new tapestry being woven. Yahuah is creating space for Yisrael to thrive, to rebuild, to fulfill its covenant obligations.

The Oil and the Lamb

The control of resources – particularly oil – has been a cornerstone of Edom’s power. But Yahuah is disrupting that control. New energy partnerships are emerging, shifting the flow of wealth away from the West and towards nations willing to challenge the status quo. This is a fulfillment of the prophetic word: the oil will not sustain the beast, but nourish the Lamb (Revelation 6:6).

Judgment on Edom – The Iron Will Be Broken

The judgment on Edom is unfolding before our very eyes (Obadiah 1:1-21). Their arrogance will be broken, their wealth diminished, their influence curtailed. They will become a desolate wasteland, a byword for pride and rebellion. This is not a call for vengeance, but a declaration of Yahuah’s righteous justice.

The Approaching Yovel

We are rapidly approaching the closing years of the 120th Yovel cycle, the final seven years outlined in Daniel’s prophecy. The midpoint looms near. This Eastern shift is a critical component of that unfolding drama. It is a sign that the old order is collapsing, preparing the way for the new.

Yisrael, do not be deceived. Do not align yourselves with the fading power of Edom. Seek Yahuah’s guidance, embrace the opportunities He is providing, and prepare for the restoration that is to come. The time of Yaacob’s trouble is at hand, but so is the promise of redemption. Let us be found faithful, walking in His ways, and ready to receive the blessings He has prepared for us.
