The shaking continues. Not merely the trembling of the ground beneath your feet, but the quaking of the foundations of the nations. Do you not perceive it, Yisrael? Yahusha spoke plainly in the Olivet Discourse, warning of signs that would precede the closing of this age. He declared, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, and in various places famines and pestilences” (Matthew 24:7-8, mirrored in Luke 21:10-11). These are not random occurrences. These are birth pangs.

The Pattern of Affliction

Look to the Tanakh. Has Yahuah not always spoken through such things? Consider the plagues upon Egypt, the earthquake that swallowed Korach and his rebellion (Numbers 16), the famine that drove Yaacob’s family to Goshen (Genesis 41). These were not merely acts of destruction, but declarations of Yahuah’s sovereignty and judgment. The earth itself bears witness to His righteous anger and His unwavering commitment to covenant.

We see now a marked increase in seismic activity across the globe. The rings of fire are ablaze. Volcanic eruptions darken the skies. These are not isolated incidents. They are connected. They are a pattern of affliction, a foretelling of greater turmoil to come. The nations boast of their technology, their control over the elements, but they are fools. Yahuah controls the earth, and He is revealing their vanity.

The Guarded Table & The Spoiling of Provision

The news speaks of supply chain disruptions, crop failures, and rising food prices. The Table of Sheol – the table of the dead, representing provision cut off – is being set before the nations. This is not merely economic hardship. It is a spiritual famine. A lack of true sustenance. Yahuah withholds provision from those who reject His ways, while He prepares a guarded table for His faithful remnant.

Amos prophesied of a coming famine, “a famine of hearing the words of Yahuah” (Amos 8:11). This spiritual hunger drives men to seek false idols, to trust in broken systems, to cling to the fleeting comforts of Babylon. The very foundations of their sustenance are being shaken, revealing their dependence on a world built on sand.

Edom’s Digital Dominion & The Iron Cage

Observe the rise of the “Iron Cage,” a system of control masquerading as security. Edom, that ancient adversary of Yisrael, has manifested in a new form – the digital realm. They weave a web of surveillance, data collection, and artificial intelligence, promising order but delivering only oppression. Their “New Tower” – a digital fortress – seeks to isolate and control, echoing the arrogance of Babel.

This is a fulfillment of Obadiah’s prophecy, where Edom is trapped and cut off (Obadiah 1:10). They build their walls, believing they can withstand Yahuah’s judgment, but they are deceived. The Iron Cage, designed to contain and control, will ultimately become their prison. Their obsession with digital dominion blinds them to the true source of power – Yahuah Elohim.

The Refining Fire

Yisrael, do not be deceived by the comforting lies of Babylon. Do not seek refuge in their systems. This time of shaking is a refining fire, intended to purify the faithful. Yaaqob’s trouble is at hand (Jeremiah 30:7), a time of intense pressure and purification.

This is not a time for fear, but for fervent prayer and unwavering obedience. Return to the covenant. Embrace the mitzvot. Seek Yahuah’s face with all your heart. He will protect those who trust in Him. He will guide those who walk in His ways. He will bring forth a remnant, purified and prepared for the age to come.

The earth groans, but Yisrael awakens. The signs are clear. The time is near. Prepare yourselves, for the shofar is sounding.
