The Shaking of Foundations

Yisrael, listen closely. The earth trembles, and the signs Yahusha spoke of in the Olivet Discourse are no longer distant shadows. They are upon us, unfolding with chilling precision (Matthew 24:7-8). Do not mistake these events for random occurrences. They are the groaning of creation, the birth pangs of a world awaiting redemption, and the righteous judgments of Yahuah.

The proliferation of earthquakes, the increasing intensity of storms, the relentless droughts and floods – these are not merely climate change. They are echoes of the covenants broken, of the idolatry embraced, and of the righteous standards abandoned. Remember the words of Yirmiyahu: “For the land will mourn, and every man will wail, each one for his wickedness. They will fall like a wounded man when the sword cuts through him” (Jeremiah 9:16).

The Pattern of Judgment

Consider the pattern woven throughout the Tanakh. Pestilence and famine accompanied Yahuah’s judgments upon wicked nations. Remember the plagues upon Egypt (Exodus 7-12), a demonstration of Yahuah’s power over false gods and a liberation of His people. Recall the famine that afflicted Shomron, a direct consequence of the northern kingdom’s rebellion (2 Kings 7). These were not arbitrary acts of destruction. They were targeted corrections, designed to awaken repentance and restore covenant fidelity.

Now, observe the nations around us. Observe the increasing frequency of natural disasters. Are these not warnings, Yisrael? Are these not cries from a world steeped in injustice and spiritual darkness? Yahuah is not slow to act, but He allows a time for repentance. He sends these signs as beacons, urging His covenant people to return to the path of righteousness.

Edom's Shadow Lengthens

And what of Edom? Their hand is upon these calamities, not as the cause in every instance, but as the beneficiary. While the nations suffer, Edom consolidates power, leveraging chaos to advance their dominion. The digital realm, once a tool for connection, has become their obsidian mirror, reflecting a distorted image of reality and amplifying their influence. Malachi prophesied their downfall, declaring, “For violence against my brother Yaacob, shame will cover you, and you will be utterly destroyed” (Malachi 1:4). The judgment upon Edom is not a future promise; it is an active process. We see it unfolding in their diminishing influence, their internal strife, and their increasing isolation.

The Covenant as Shield

But for Yisrael, there is a path of protection. The Covenant Table offers more than mere dietary laws; it offers a shield in these days of Edom (Deuteronomy 28:1-14). Returning to the principles of kashrut is not a step backward into archaic ritual. It is a declaration of separation from the contamination of Babylon, a reaffirmation of Yahuah’s holiness, and an act of obedience that invites His protection.

From scattered seeds, Yahuah promises to cultivate living gardens (Amos 9:15). This restoration is not simply agricultural; it is spiritual and national. It requires a return to the land, a commitment to the Torah, and a dedication to living a life set apart for Yahuah.

The Call to Watchmen

Yisrael, be vigilant. Be watchmen upon the walls. The signs are clear. The time is short. Do not be lulled into complacency by the false promises of Babylon. Do not be deceived by the illusions of Edom. Stand firm in the truth of the Torah. Embrace the covenant. And prepare yourselves for the coming of Yahusha, for the culmination of Daniel’s 70th Week is drawing near. The polished stone will crush the broken altar (Daniel 2:34-35). Yahuah will restore, and Yahuah will judge. Let us be ready.
