Consider this: Yisrael, scattered and exiled for their disobedience, have adopted the ways of the nations. They have embraced the processed foods, the sugary drinks, and the sedentary lifestyles that characterize a people disconnected from the land and from their covenant obligations. This physical decline is a direct result of spiritual compromise. The nations, and those within Yisrael who mimic them, have traded the health Yahuah provides for the fleeting pleasures of this world.

This is not a call to despair, but a call to repentance. For those among the remnant of Yisrael who still hear the voice of the Most High, there is a path to restoration. A return to the natural laws, a cleansing of the body through wholesome foods, and a renewed commitment to the covenant are essential steps towards healing – both physical and spiritual.

Let this be a shofar blast to awaken the slumbering, a warning to those who have forsaken the path of righteousness. The time to return to Yahuah is now, before the judgment is complete and the bow is fully bent.
