For generations, the land of Persia – modern-day Iran – has been a shadow upon the horizon. But now, that shadow lengthens, and its purpose becomes increasingly clear. Yahuah spoke through Yechezkel, revealing the nations that would gather against His people in the days to come. “Gomer, and all the house of Togarmah, of the north quarters, and all Chitim, and all Persia…” (Yechezkel 38:6).

Consider this: Persia, though diminished from its ancient empire, remains a key player in the region. Its ambition burns, fueled by a desire for regional dominance and a rejection of the covenants Yahuah established with Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yaacob. Their pursuit of nuclear capability is not merely a political maneuver, but a declaration of intent. It is a flexing of power, a preparation for the role Yahuah has assigned them.

The Shifting Sands of Alliances

The alliances forming in the Middle East are not born of logic or peace. They are orchestrated by the hand of Yahuah, aligning nations for a final confrontation. Notice how Persia strengthens its ties with nations to the north and east – the same nations Yechezkel identified centuries ago. This is not coincidence. It is the tightening of the bow, the drawing back of the arrow, preparing to strike.

Do not mistake this for a simple geopolitical struggle. This is a spiritual battle, a clash between the kingdoms of Yahuah and the forces of darkness. The nations may believe they are acting in their own self-interest, but they are merely instruments in the hand of the Almighty. They are fulfilling the prophecies laid down in His word.

The Refining Fire

Yahuah does not delight in the suffering of His people, but He uses trial as a refining fire. The threat posed by Persia, and the nations allied with her, will test the strength of Yisrael. It will expose weakness and reveal true allegiance. But remember the promise: “I will refine them like silver; I will test them like a man tests a goldsmith. They will call on my name, and I will answer them; I will say, ‘You are my people.’” (Zecharyah 13:9).

This is not a time for fear, but a time for preparation. Return to the foundations of the covenant. Embrace the mitzvot, and walk in righteousness. Strengthen your communities, and support those in need. Let your light shine brightly, so that the nations may see the power of Yahuah working in your midst.

The Clock Ticks On

We are within the closing years of the 120th Yovel cycle, the final seven years of Daniel’s prophecy. The midpoint approaches, when the covenant will be broken, and the abomination of desolation will be revealed. The actions of Persia, and the nations surrounding Yisrael, are accelerating the timeline.

The celestial shofars are sounding, warning of Yahuah’s appointments. The heavens declare His glory, and the earth proclaims His power. He is gathering the nations for battle, preparing to judge the wicked and restore His people.

The iron will be turned, as prophesied (Yeshayahu 63:16). The bow of Persia is bent, the arrow nocked. Yisrael, be vigilant. Be strong. Be faithful. For Yahuah is with you, and He will deliver you. The restoration is at hand. The thread of righteousness is being woven, and the garden of Zion is being prepared. Selah.
