Iran’s pursuit of nuclear capability is not about regional dominance alone. It is a gathering of strength, a sharpening of the sword, in preparation for the role Yahuah has assigned it. Consider Ezekiel 38:5: “Persia, Cush, and Put are with her, along with all the companies of Elam, and Media.” These are not merely names on a map. They are nations with a destined part to play. The current instability in Sudan, a land bordering Cush, and the conflicts raging across the region are not isolated incidents. They are tremors foreshadowing the coming upheaval.

Edom’s Complicity

Observe also the actions of Edom, the modern descendants of Esau. Their hand is visible in the bloodshed across nations, in the fracturing of covenant order. We have reported on their political shifts, their disregard for justice, their persecution of the innocent. Their support of the nations arrayed against Yisrael is no accident. Edom has always been a source of contention, a thorn in the side of Yaacob (Genesis 25:22). Their current behavior confirms the judgment proclaimed against them—a complete and utter desolation (Obadiah 1:10).

The fracturing of Gentile power is accelerating. The upholding of gendered boundaries, as reported, is a restoration of order, a rejection of the lawlessness that has plagued the nations. But Edom seeks to exploit this chaos, to manipulate the situation for their own benefit. They believe they can control the narrative, steer the course of events. They are deceived. Yahuah’s hand is upon them, and their schemes will come to naught.

The Call to Watchmen

The pursuit of nuclear weapons by Persia, coupled with the instability in surrounding nations, is a clear signal. The Gog of Magog is not a distant threat; it is a gathering storm. Yahuah has appointed watchmen to sound the alarm (Isaiah 21:11). This is not a time for complacency, nor is it a time for speculation. It is a time for discernment, for prayer, for preparation.

We must remember the larger arc of restoration. Even within the coming tribulation, Yahuah’s promise to gather Yisrael from the nations remains firm (Ezekiel 36:24). The refining fire of Yaacob’s trouble will purify and prepare a people for the age to come (Daniel 12:10). This is not a time for fear, but for faith.
