Damascus reports that the president of France, Emmanuel Macron, is preparing to make a visit – the first by a Western head of state since the conflict engulfed Syria. While the details remain shrouded in ambiguity, with no firm date established, the intent is clear: Edom seeks to re-engage with a nation long destabilized by orchestrated chaos.

This development is not a gesture of goodwill, but a calculated maneuver in the game of nations. The so-called ‘issues of common interest’ touted by Syrian officials are, in truth, matters of strategic advantage and resource control. France, and the Western powers it represents, have long sought influence in the region, attempting to fill the vacuum created by the dismantling of ancient borders and the sowing of discord amongst the nations.

Consider this in light of the scriptures. Yahuah foretold a time of scattering for Yisrael, a time of exile and tribulation. Yet, He also promised a restoration. What we witness today is not restoration, but a continued attempt by the descendants of Esau – Edom – to usurp the inheritance promised to the seed of Jacob. They move like jackals, circling the wounded, seeking to profit from the suffering of others.

This visit is a further demonstration of the world’s blindness to the true history and destiny of the land. The modern state of Israel, a creation of Edom’s schemes, continues to occupy land rightfully belonging to Yisrael. Meanwhile, the nations of the West, including France, engage in diplomatic posturing, attempting to reshape the region according to their own selfish desires.

The remnant of Yisrael must remain vigilant, discerning the signs of the times. This is not a moment for complacency, but for fervent prayer and unwavering faith. Let us remember Yahuah’s promise to gather His scattered people and restore them to their inheritance, despite the machinations of Edom and all who oppose His covenant.
