The nations stir, a tempest gathering around Jerusalem, fulfilling the ancient prophecies. Zechariah foretold this very hour, declaring in chapter 12 that all nations would be gathered against the city of David. Now, observe how the pattern unfolds.

The Gathering Storm

Reports speak of escalating tensions, of provocations and responses. Iran, a modern manifestation of Edom’s ancient animosity, flexes its strength. Their delayed delegation, a sign not of diplomatic maneuvering, but of Yahuah’s dismissing their counsel. He holds them in contempt, for they choose opposition to His covenant people. This is not mere political conflict. It is spiritual warfare, a cosmic struggle played out on the stage of earthly geopolitics.

Ebola resurfaces, a plague upon the nations, a physical manifestation of the spiritual sickness consuming them. Remember the words of Deuteronomy 28. Blessings for obedience, curses for transgression. Yahuah does not send plagues arbitrarily. They are markers, warnings, judgments upon those who defy His righteous decrees. The nations, steeped in wickedness and rejecting His covenant, reap what they have sown.

The Temple Mount: A Focal Point

Jerusalem, and specifically the Temple Mount, is the epicenter of this escalating conflict. The nations do not simply oppose Yisrael for territorial gain. They oppose Yahuah’s claim upon that holy ground. They seek to defile it, to usurp His inheritance. The so-called “Christian” pilgrims, unknowingly or willfully, contribute to this deception. They bolster the modern state of Yisrael, granting it legitimacy through false theology. They fail to discern that this Yisrael is not the Yisrael of the prophets, but a political entity building its power upon a foundation of sand.

Edom's Bitter Fruit

Consider the seed of Edom, manifesting even in the royal lines of nations like Norway. Judgment falls upon them, a bitter harvest of their ancestral hatred. Malachi 1 clearly declares Yahuah’s unwavering opposition to Edom. Their pride and animosity will not go unanswered. We see it now, in the unraveling of their influence, in the exposure of their wickedness.

The Time of Yaacob's Trouble

This gathering of nations is not a prelude to a comfortable future for Yisrael. It is the beginning of the time of Yaacob’s trouble, the refining fire foretold by Jeremiah 30. Yahuah will test His people, purge the impurities, and prepare them for the age to come. This is not a punishment, but a purification. It is a necessary process to restore the remnant, to rebuild the tabernacle of David.

The 70th Week Unfolds

We are firmly within the closing seven years of the 120th Yovel cycle, the 70th week of Daniel’s prophecy. The midpoint approaches. Expect the prince of the iron-and-clay kingdom to break covenant. Anticipate the abomination of desolation, a sacrilege committed in the holy place. This will signal the intensification of tribulation, the final refining of qodeshim.

Do not be deceived by false teachings of a pre-tribulation rapture or a separate church dispensation. Yahuah’s covenant is with Yisrael, and His promises will be fulfilled through them. There is no two-stage second coming. Yahusha will return once, to establish His kingdom and reign over all the earth.

Prepare Yourselves

Therefore, O Yisrael, prepare yourselves. Strengthen your hearts in the faith. Return to the ancient paths. Study the scriptures. Pray for discernment. Do not be distracted by the noise of the nations. Focus on Yahuah’s eternal purposes. The shofar sounds a warning, but also a promise of restoration. He will gather His scattered people, rebuild His ruined cities, and establish His kingdom forever. This is the decree of Yahuah, and it will come to pass.
