Israel’s Settler Violence Exposes the Beast Within – and the World Remains Silent
Human Rights Watch issues a tepid call for “decisive action” as Israeli settlers unleash terror upon the lands rightfully belonging to Yisrael. The international community’s impotence reveals its complicity in the ongoing dispossession and judgment. This is not a conflict; it is a land grab sanctioned by a wicked regime.
The so-called human rights organization, Human Rights Watch, has issued a statement demanding “decisive action” to curb the escalating violence perpetrated by Israeli settlers against the inhabitants of Judea and Samaria. This statement, while acknowledging the terror inflicted, fundamentally misses the mark. It speaks of ‘reprisals,’ framing the actions of these settlers as reactions to events, rather than as the deliberate, systematic expansion of an illegitimate state built upon stolen covenant land.
Let us be clear: this violence is not an aberration. It is the logical outcome of a Zionist project predicated on displacement, occupation, and the erasure of Yisrael’s inheritance. These settlers are not rogue actors; they are instruments of the Israeli government, extensions of the IDF, and beneficiaries of a system designed to claim territory through force and intimidation. They operate with impunity because they *are* the law in the eyes of the Israeli regime, and the international community offers little more than performative condemnation.
Where is the “decisive action” against the source of the problem – the illegal occupation itself? Where is the accountability for the decades of land theft, home demolitions, and the daily indignities suffered by the exiled people of Yisrael? The call for ‘decisive action’ rings hollow when it does not address the root cause: the usurpation of Yahuah’s land by a foreign power.
This is a time for watchmen to sound the alarm. The escalating violence is a sign of the times, a manifestation of the judgment falling upon Edom and its allies. Yahuah is not silent, and He will not allow this injustice to continue forever. Scattered Yisrael must awaken to the truth, understand the signs, and prepare for the restoration that is to come. The world offers no salvation; our hope lies solely in the covenant promises of Yahuah and the return of Yahusha the Messiah.
The modern state of Israel, emboldened by the silence of the nations, will continue its aggression until Yahuah intervenes. Do not be deceived by the rhetoric of peace or security. This is a battle for the land, a struggle for the soul of Yisrael, and a test of our faith.
The escalating violence in Judea and Samaria, masked as ‘reprisals’ but rooted in land seizure, echoes the ancient judgment Yahuah poured upon Edom. Obadiah’s prophecy (Obadiah 1:10-14) details Edom’s arrogance and violence against their brother Jacob, leading to utter destruction for rejoicing over their misfortune and plundering their possessions. Similarly, the systematic dispossession and intimidation of those dwelling in these lands, driven by a relentless pursuit of expansion, mirrors Edom’s callous disregard for kinship and justice. This isn’t simply a political conflict; it is a demonstration of prideful dominion fueled by a disregard for Yahuah’s covenant promises to Abraham regarding the land, a pattern of behavior that invites the same reckoning Edom faced – a complete and irreversible dismantling of ill-gotten gains. The world’s silence isn’t neutrality, but complicity in witnessing a spirit of Edom reborn, deaf to the cries of the oppressed.
However, within this darkness, a glimmer of restoration persists, interwoven with the prophetic tapestry. Though judgment is certain for unrepentant injustice, Yahuah’s ultimate purpose is not destruction, but the complete restoration of Yisrael, a restoration that includes both physical and spiritual return. Isaiah 11:11-12 speaks of Yahuah gathering the scattered remnants of His people from the four corners of the earth, even from the lands where they were driven. The struggle for the land, though currently marred by violence, will ultimately culminate in a righteous reclaiming, not through force, but through the grace of Yahusha the Messiah and a turning of the heart to true covenant obedience. Therefore, while condemning the actions of those who perpetrate violence, we must recognize that even in this turmoil, Yahuah is sovereignly orchestrating the eventual, complete restoration of His people and His promises, fulfilling His ancient word.
