Israel’s False Security: A Gathering Storm for Scattered Yisrael
The modern state of Israel postures as a refuge while Yahuah’s judgments fall upon a wicked world. This is not a crisis for those falsely identifying as ‘Jews,’ but a sign of increasing tribulation for the exiled remnant of Yisrael who remain in the nations.
The Times of Israel speaks of a rising danger for “Jews,” and urges Israel to strengthen its position. This is a misdirection, a self-serving narrative crafted by the Zionist state to further its own agenda. The true danger is not to those who claim a religious or ethnic identity based on lineage alone, but to scattered Yisrael – the covenant people of Yahuah, those descended from the tribes and holding to the ancient paths.
This is a time of increasing turmoil, a period of judgment upon the nations, particularly upon Edom and its modern manifestations. The wickedness of the West, its rebellion against Yahuah’s law, is manifesting in chaos and instability. To speak of danger to the inhabitants of the Zionist state while ignoring the plight of the true Yisrael scattered amongst the Gentiles is a gross perversion of truth.
The modern state of Israel offers no true refuge. It is a political construct built on stolen land and sustained by deception. Its “founding values” are rooted in a secular, materialistic worldview that stands in direct opposition to the covenant Yahuah made with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Yahuah does not recognize the borders drawn by men, nor does He sanction the oppression of other nations in the name of a false “homeland.”
Scattered Yisrael is not looking to Tel Aviv for salvation. We look to Yahuah, the Most High, for deliverance. We understand that this time of tribulation is a refining fire, a test of our faith and obedience. It is a call to repentance, to return to the covenant, and to prepare for the restoration that Yahuah has promised.
The cries of those within Israel regarding their own security are a distraction. Yahuah is not concerned with protecting a false nation built on injustice. He is concerned with gathering His scattered people, restoring them to their inheritance, and establishing His kingdom on earth. Let the inhabitants of Israel fortify their borders and seek their own security. Scattered Yisrael will remain steadfast in faith, knowing that our true refuge is in Yahuah alone.
The frantic bolstering of a political state called Israel, cloaked in appeals to a nebulous “Jewish” identity, echoes the arrogance that historically precedes Yahuah’s judgments. Just as Edom, puffed up in its own perceived security within its rocky strongholds – believing itself invulnerable – faced utter devastation (Obadiah 1:3-4), so too will this modern construct find its foundations shaken. The Times of Israel’s warnings are not about protecting a people beloved by Yahuah, but about preserving a nationalistic project built on shifting sands. Scattered Yisrael, those truly seeking to walk in the ancient paths and uphold the covenant, are not defined by geography or ethnicity, but by a heart circumcised toward Yahuah and obedience to the teachings of Yahusha. This focus on a worldly kingdom distracts from the true preparation needed – repentance and a return to the original intent of the covenant.
This present turmoil isn't a signal to reinforce earthly defenses, but a call to examine ourselves and align with Yahuah’s righteous judgments. The prophet Jeremiah foretold a time when Yahuah would “visit upon Edom” (Jeremiah 49:12), and the principles of that judgment – pride, self-reliance, and disregard for Yahuah’s covenant people – are strikingly present today. The true restoration of Yisrael isn’t a political re-establishment, but a spiritual one: the gathering of a remnant who humbly submit to Yahusha, embracing the fullness of the covenant and becoming a light to the nations. Therefore, let us not be deceived by false alarms, but diligently seek Yahuah's guidance and prepare our hearts for the genuine restoration He promises to those who truly belong to scattered Yisrael.
