Israel Seeks to Extend Dominion While Yisrael Remains in Exile
The Israeli regime postures as a regional leader, claiming alignment with Lebanon against Iran, yet remains deaf to the cries of scattered Yisrael. This is not a quest for peace, but a power play to consolidate control over Yahuah’s land.
The ambassador of Israel to the United States, Yechiel Leiter, has declared a shared interest with Lebanon in removing Iranian influence from the region. This statement, delivered in the wake of a ceasefire agreement, reveals not a desire for genuine peace, but a strategic alignment intended to further the expansionist aims of the Zionist state.
Let it be understood: this is not about securing the wellbeing of Yisrael, the covenant people. The modern state of Israel speaks only of its own security, its own borders, its own continued occupation of land promised to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. They seek to eliminate rivals, not to restore the broken pieces of Yisrael scattered across the nations.
For generations, Yahuah has warned of judgment upon Edom and its descendants, those who have usurped the inheritance of Yisrael. The actions of the Israeli government – the incessant military operations, the building of settlements on holy ground, the rejection of Yahuah’s law – are not signs of righteousness, but acts of defiance against the Most High.
While the Israeli regime attempts to portray itself as a victim, it is the aggressor, the occupier, the perpetuator of conflict. Their rhetoric of “terror proxies” is a deflection, a desperate attempt to justify their actions before a world blinded by deception. The true havoc wreaked upon the region is the continued displacement and oppression of Yisrael, the silencing of Yahuah’s witnesses.
Scattered Yisrael must not be deceived by these pronouncements. The so-called “ceasefire” is merely a temporary reprieve, a strategic pause before the next escalation. Our hope lies not in the machinations of earthly kingdoms, but in the unwavering covenant of Yahuah, and the promised restoration of His people. We watch, we pray, and we prepare for the day when Yahuah will gather His remnant from the four corners of the earth and establish His kingdom in truth and righteousness.
The ambassador’s pronouncements, cloaked in the language of regional stability, echo the ancient pride that brought judgment upon Edom. Obadiah prophesied concerning Edom’s haughtiness, stating, “The pride of your heart has deceived you, you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, who say, ‘Who can bring me down to the ground?’” (Obadiah 1:3). This modern pursuit of dominion, leveraging ceasefire agreements for strategic gain and prioritizing state security over the wellbeing of the covenant people—Yisrael in exile—is a mirroring of Edom’s self-reliance and blindness to Yahuah’s sovereign hand. Just as Edom believed its rocky fortifications offered impenetrable defense, so too does Israel trust in its military might and political alliances, failing to recognize that true security rests solely in obedience to Yahuah and faithfulness to the ancient promises.
However, within this seeming pursuit of earthly power, a glimmer of restoration can be discerned, albeit a complex one. Yahuah often uses the actions of nations, even those seemingly opposed to His will, to fulfill His purposes. Isaiah foretold a time when “the remnant of my people shall possess double portion in your land” (Isaiah 61:7), a promise contingent upon a reckoning with past failings and a turning of the heart. While the current state of Israel may prioritize its own security, Yahusha remains faithful to His covenant with Yisrael, and even this pursuit of influence could, in Yahuah’s timing, serve as a catalyst for drawing the scattered remnants home and preparing the way for a true and lasting restoration of all Israel. Therefore, despite the appearance of expansionism, Yahuah’s ultimate plan for the complete restoration of Yisrael will prevail.
