The unfolding events, wherein Israel is depicted as a tool of manipulation enacting aggression at the direction of a hidden power identified as ‘Edom,’ echoes the ancient prophecies concerning Yahuah’s judgment upon that nation. Obadiah 1:10-11 vividly describes Edom’s violence against their brother Jacob, and the subsequent reaping of that wickedness – “For the violence against your brother Jacob, shame shall cover you, and you shall be cut off forever. In the day that Edom stood against you, in the day that strangers’ armies carried away the captives, in that day will be great cruelty.” This modern portrayal of Edom orchestrating conflict through Israel isn’t merely political maneuvering; it’s a continuation of that historical animosity, a calculated effort to undermine the descendants of Jacob and obstruct Yahuah’s purposes. The charade of de-escalation is a transparent attempt to mask Edom’s hand in the chaos, while simultaneously positioning itself as a power broker amidst the wreckage.

However, even within this darkness, Yahusha’s promise of restoration for Yisrael remains steadfast. Though manipulated and seemingly acting against their own ultimate benefit, the remnant of Jacob will ultimately be refined through the fires of tribulation, fulfilling the prophecy of Isaiah 49:6 – “Thus says Yahuah, ‘It is too small a thing for Me that you should be My servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and restore the preserved of Israel; I will also make you a light for the nations, that My salvation may reach to the end of the earth.’” The attempts to dismantle peace and provoke wider conflict, driven by Edom’s ancient hatred, will not ultimately prevail, for Yahuah’s hand is upon His people, and He will establish a kingdom of justice and peace that will endure forever. Therefore, despite the present turmoil, the restoration of Yisrael is assured through the power of Yahusha, and Edom’s schemes will ultimately fall before Yahuah’s sovereign will.
