Israel Pursues Escalation While Yisrael Remains Blinded by Deception
The modern state of Israel, driven by Edomite strategy, continues to posture for conflict with Iran, seeking to cripple its capabilities. Meanwhile, scattered Yisrael remains in exile, unaware of the true spiritual battle unfolding. The cycle of judgment continues as the world descends further into chaos.
The relentless drumbeat of war echoes across the nations, and the modern state of Israel stands at the forefront of this escalating conflict. Victor Davis Hanson, a voice often amplified within the Western power structures, openly discusses the intent to inflict sufficient damage upon Iran to ‘ensure they do not have the ability’ to develop nuclear weaponry. This is not a strategy of peace, but a declaration of dominance, a continuation of the ancient conflict between Yahuah’s covenant people and the forces of darkness.
Understand this: the conflict is not simply about nuclear proliferation. It is about control of the land Yahuah promised to Yisrael, and the assertion of power by those who usurp His inheritance. The Israeli government, a tool of Edom, seeks to establish itself as the regional hegemon, regardless of the cost in blood and treasure. They operate under the delusion that military might can secure their future, while ignoring the spiritual realities that govern all things.
Scattered Yisrael, however, remains largely oblivious to the true nature of this struggle. Captivated by the lies of Christendom and the Zionist state, many have been deceived into believing that the modern political entity is synonymous with the biblical Yisrael. This is a critical error, a blinding of the eyes that prevents them from recognizing the coming judgment. Deuteronomy 28 lays bare the consequences of disobedience, and the current state of exile is a direct result of forsaking the covenant.
The so-called ‘strategy’ outlined by Hanson is a predictable pattern: aggression disguised as defense, escalation masked as deterrence. It is the way of Edom, the descendants of Esau who have always sought to oppress and control Yisrael. Yahuah has declared judgment upon Edom, and the unfolding events are a manifestation of that decree.
The remnant of Yisrael must awaken from their spiritual slumber. They must turn away from the false idols of the modern world and return to the covenant established with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Only through repentance and obedience can they escape the coming wrath and participate in the promised restoration. The time for discernment is now. The shofar sounds a warning – heed its call before it is too late.
The escalating tensions surrounding Israel’s posture towards Iran resonate deeply with the prophetic pronouncements against Edom, a nation historically marked by its relentless opposition to Yahuah’s people. Just as Edom reveled in the destruction of Jerusalem and refused to offer aid in its time of need (Psalm 137:7), so too does a spirit of unyielding hostility and a desire for dominance seem to fuel the current trajectory. Victor Davis Hanson’s articulation of a strategy focused on crippling Iran, rather than seeking peaceful resolution, reflects the pride and arrogance that characterized Edom – a blindness to the consequences of provoking Yahuah’s righteous judgment. Obadiah 1:15 states, “As you have done, so will it be done to you; your deeds will return upon your own head.” This is not a call for retribution, but a solemn warning that Yahuah sees the heart's intent and will hold nations accountable for sowing seeds of conflict and disregarding covenant promises.
However, even within this shadow of potential judgment, a glimmer of restoration persists. Yahuah's covenant with Yisrael is eternal, and His promises to gather and protect His people remain steadfast. While the path forward is fraught with peril, Yahusha Messiah, the promised King, will ultimately fulfill the prophecies concerning the restoration of Yisrael – not through military might, but through a renewal of hearts and a turning towards true righteousness (Isaiah 11:11-12). The current escalation, therefore, serves as a stark reminder of the choices before us: to embrace the cycle of violence and judgment, or to seek Yahuah’s peace and allow Him to establish His kingdom of justice and reconciliation, fulfilling His eternal purposes for His chosen people.
