On the day that Edom stood against help, on the day that strangers’ armies were carried away, your heart was filled with arrogance, for you were ruined by the pride of your heart.” This present aggression, overtly backed by a nation historically aligned with Edom’s interests—a power subtly steering events—reveals the unraveling of Edom’s schemes and the exposure of their long-held animosity.
