Isaiah 11:11-12 speaks of a highway being prepared for the return of the remnant of Yisrael from the nations, a gathering not defined by geographical lines imposed by earthly powers, but by Yahuah’s sovereign will. While this current action represents the actions of a people straying from covenant, it simultaneously highlights the urgent need for true repentance and a return to the righteous foundations upon which Yisrael was established. Therefore, despite this act of territorial aggression, the ultimate destiny of Yisrael rests securely in the hands of Yahuah, who will ultimately fulfill His promises of restoration and establish a kingdom of justice and peace.
