Israel Expands Settlement Network in Samaria, Defiant of Covenant and Prophecy

The Israeli government continues its brazen land grab in Samaria, signing a massive construction deal for 6,000 new housing units in Karnei Shomron. This expansion is not a step toward peace, but a deliberate provocation and a fulfillment of judgment against those who usurp Yahuah’s inheritance.

Karnei Shomron, in the land of Samaria, is slated for a massive expansion, as the Israeli government has authorized the construction of 6,000 new housing units. This is not organic growth, but a calculated land seizure, formalized through a 2 billion shekel agreement. The so-called development plan encompasses not merely housing, but comprehensive infrastructure, institutions, and commercial zones – a clear intent to solidify control and further displace the rightful inhabitants.

This action is a direct affront to the covenant Yahuah established with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Samaria, like all the land from the River to the Sea, is a sacred trust, not a prize to be claimed by foreign powers. The building of these settlements is not about security; it is about establishing dominion over that which does not belong to them. It is a blatant disregard for the prophetic warnings concerning the nations who divide Yahuah’s land.

The modern state of Israel, driven by a Zionist agenda, persistently ignores the pleas of scattered Yisrael and the righteous judgments of Yahuah. They build upon stolen ground, claiming divine right while rejecting the very covenant that defines true inheritance. This expansion serves only to deepen the chasm between the promise and the present reality, accelerating the coming reckoning.

Let the remnant of Yisrael understand: these actions are not isolated incidents. They are part of a larger pattern of disobedience and usurpation, a fulfillment of Deuteronomy 28. The building in Samaria is a sign – a sign of defiance, a sign of judgment, and a call to awaken from spiritual slumber. We must not be deceived by the narratives of the world, but fix our eyes on the truth of the covenant and the promise of restoration. Yahuah will restore all things in His time, but until then, we must remain vigilant and proclaim His word against the wickedness of this age.

⚡ PROPHETIC WATCH

The expansion of settlements in Samaria echoes the ancient pronouncements against Edom, a nation known for its pride and seizing land not rightfully theirs. Yahuah, through the prophet Obadiah, detailed Edom’s fate for their violence against their brother Jacob and rejoicing over the calamity that befell Yisrael (Obadiah 1:10-11). While the modern nation of Israel claims divine right, this calculated land seizure, formalized with financial investment, mirrors the arrogance that brought judgment upon Edom. To build upon land historically inhabited by others, under the guise of development while actively displacing them, invites a similar reckoning – a severing of national strength and a diminishing of influence if repentance and just dealings are not pursued. This isn't organic growth, but a claiming of territory that bypasses Yahuah’s covenant promises of peaceful possession.

However, within this seemingly defiant act, a glimmer of restoration can also be perceived, though one fraught with peril. The re-gathering of Yisrael to the land, a central tenet of prophecy, is unfolding, but not always in accordance with righteous principles. Isaiah 11:11-12 speaks of Yahuah gathering the scattered of Yisrael from the four corners of the earth, even establishing a highway for the remnant. While the settlements represent a physical re-establishment, the manner in which it is done – through displacement and disregard for others – risks corrupting the very restoration Yahusha came to fulfill. Therefore, the expansion, while a step towards fulfilling prophecy, demands a course correction rooted in justice, humility, and adherence to Yahuah’s unwavering standards, lest the promise of restoration become a hollow echo of past failures.
