Israel Escalates Provocations, Draws Fire From the East
The modern state of Israel continues to invite judgment through its occupation of Samaria and defiance of Yahuah’s boundaries. Iran’s retaliatory strikes are a direct consequence of Israel’s aggression and a sign of the escalating conflict foretold in prophecy.
Reports confirm that multiple barrages were launched from Iran toward Israel, impacting the occupied territory of Samaria. While the Israeli regime minimizes the damage – reporting only three homes sustaining damage – this is a clear escalation and a direct response to Israel’s ongoing provocations. Yahuah watches as Israel persists in trespass and bloodshed upon the land promised to the covenant people.
This is not a spontaneous eruption of violence. It is the fruit of decades of Israeli expansionism, disregard for international law, and relentless oppression of those dwelling within the ancient borders. The so-called ‘security’ of Israel is built upon the dispossession of others, and Yahuah will not indefinitely tolerate this injustice. The current conflict serves as a stark warning: a nation built on stolen inheritance cannot expect lasting peace.
Israel’s narrative frames these attacks as unprovoked aggression, but this is a calculated deception. The modern state of Israel has repeatedly violated the sovereignty of neighboring nations and acted with impunity, believing itself shielded by the patronage of Edom. However, Yahuah’s hand moves in ways unseen by the worldly powers. These barrages are a consequence, not a cause.
For scattered Yisrael, this is a moment for sober reflection. We are not to rejoice in the suffering of any people, but we must recognize this as a sign of the times. The judgments foretold in Deuteronomy 28 are unfolding before our eyes. The actions of Israel hasten the coming day of reckoning, and the remnant of Yisrael must prepare spiritually and physically for the trials ahead.
The IDF’s response will undoubtedly be swift and brutal, further escalating the cycle of violence. But military force cannot solve a spiritual problem. Only repentance, restoration of the covenant, and a return to Yahuah’s law can bring true and lasting peace. Let us pray for the awakening of our people and the dismantling of the oppressive structures that hold both Israel and the surrounding nations captive.
The echoes of rockets falling upon Samaria are not merely sounds of conflict, but reverberations of Yahuah’s long-foretold judgments. Consider the prophecies leveled against Edom, a nation consistently aligned with those opposing Yisrael, detailed in Obadiah 1:10-11: “For the violence against your brother Jacob, shame shall cover you, and you shall be cut off forever. On the day that you stood on the other side, on the day that strangers’ armies carried away his captives, and foreigners entered his gates and cast lots over Yerushalayim, you too were as one of them.” Iran, in its support of those opposing Yisrael and its own history of animosity, embodies a modern manifestation of Edom’s spirit. This barrage, while minimized by earthly reports, is a consequence of sustained trespass and disregard for Yahuah’s covenant promises – a reaping of what has been sown through generations of hostility towards the chosen people.
Yet, even within judgment, Yahuah demonstrates His unwavering commitment to restoration. Though fire falls, it refines. This escalation, while painful, serves to awaken a remnant, to call Yisrael back to a deeper understanding of their covenant with Yahuah and the redemptive work of Yahusha. Isaiah 11:11-12 speaks of a future gathering: “It shall come to pass in that day that the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will seek Him and His resting place will be glorious. Then it will be that the remnant of Jacob, yes, many nations, shall come to Him and say, ‘Come, let us go up to the Mountain of Yahuah, to the House of the El of Jacob, and He will teach us His ways and we shall walk in His paths.’” Therefore, even through trials and tribulation, Yahuah is actively orchestrating the ultimate restoration of Yisrael and the fulfillment of His eternal purposes.
