The world rejoices at news of a supposed cessation of hostilities between Israel and Iran, breathlessly reporting on a “permanent” end to conflict. But Yahuah’s watchful eye sees through the charade. This is not the peace of restoration promised to Yisrael; it is a manufactured calm designed to further the dominion of Edom and its agents.

The details, as always, are conveniently vague. Israel, the modern state built on stolen inheritance, agrees to… what, exactly? A temporary pause in bloodshed while it continues to usurp the land promised to the tribes? Iran, a pawn in the geopolitical game, agrees to curtail its nuclear ambitions – ambitions fueled by the same lust for power that drives the Western world. This is a shifting of alliances, a re-alignment of forces, but it has nothing to do with true shalom.

For generations, Yisrael has been scattered, exiled from the land, and subjected to the judgment of Deuteronomy 28. The covenant remains, but the people have largely turned their backs on the Most High. This ceasefire will not bring about the gathering of the remnant; it will only provide a false sense of security, allowing the enemies of Yisrael to strengthen their grip.

Consider the timing. As the world’s attention is focused on this manufactured peace, what other schemes are being hatched in the shadows? What further encroachments are being made upon the rightful inheritance of Yisrael? What new idols are being erected in the hearts of the people?

Do not be misled by the pronouncements of politicians or the soothing words of the media. Yahuah’s judgments are unfolding according to His perfect timing, and this ceasefire is merely a temporary pause within a larger pattern of destruction and, ultimately, restoration. The covenant people must remain vigilant, steadfast in their faith, and focused on the true work of repentance and return. The shofar sounds a warning: do not mistake this fleeting quiet for the dawn of peace. It is a deceptive calm before the storm.
