This blatant double standard exposes the ICC as a sham, a tool used to demonize and delegitimize the rightful heirs to the land, scattered Yisrael, while protecting those who actively work to dismantle Yahuah’s purposes.
For the remnant of Yisrael, this revelation should not come as a surprise. We are a people accustomed to being judged by the standards of our enemies, condemned for upholding the covenant while our oppressors are celebrated. The ICC is merely another manifestation of this ancient pattern of injustice. True justice will not come from the courts of men, but from the righteous judgment of Yahuah when He restores His people and establishes His kingdom upon the earth. Let this serve as a warning: do not place your hope in the institutions of Edom, for they are built upon a foundation of lies and deceit. Seek refuge in the covenant, and prepare for the coming restoration.
The ICC’s blatant protection of Prosecutor Khan, allowing impunity for perceived bias, echoes the ancient pronouncements against Edom. Just as Obadiah foretold Edom’s downfall for its pride and cruelty – “The pride of your heart has caused you to dwell in the clefts of the rock, and to say, ‘Who will bring me down to the ground?’” (Obadiah 1:3) – so too does this institution, once promising justice, now reveal its own arrogance in prioritizing political expediency over impartial judgement. The selective application of ‘international law’ isn’t a pursuit of truth, but a mirroring of Edom’s self-exaltation, believing itself untouchable and beyond accountability. Yahuah sees the scales tipped, not by righteousness, but by the whims of power, and the judgment upon this modern manifestation of pride will be as sure as it was for Edom of old.
This capitulation isn’t merely a legal failing, but a signpost indicating the accelerating need for Yahusha’s intervention to establish true justice. While man’s courts falter and bend to pressure, the restoration of Yisrael – both physical and spiritual – demands a standard beyond human reach. Isaiah prophesied a time when the remnant of Yisrael would return, not through earthly power, but by Yahuah’s own hand: “Thus says Yahuah: ‘Behold, I will gather them from all countries, from where I have scattered them, and bring them back to their own land; I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Yisrael’” (Isaiah 11:11-12). The failure of institutions like the ICC to uphold genuine justice only hastens the arrival of that day when Yahusha, as King of Kings, will finally establish a reign of righteousness and true accountability for all nations.
