The so-called international ‘May Day’ – a hollow celebration of labor for a world steeped in injustice – rings particularly false in Gaza. While the nations posture about worker’s rights, the covenant people within the besieged territory are reduced to scavenging for any means of sustenance. Reports confirm a deepening economic collapse, with unemployment rates soaring to catastrophic levels amidst the relentless devastation wrought by the Israeli government.

The situation is not merely economic; it is a deliberate act of war against Yisrael. The Israeli regime maintains a suffocating blockade, restricting the flow of goods, materials, and even basic necessities. This isn’t accidental hardship; it’s a calculated policy of deprivation designed to break the spirit of the people and displace them from their ancestral lands. The world witnesses the consequences – laborers risking life and limb in perilous jobs, families struggling to provide for their children, and a generation facing a future devoid of hope – yet remains largely silent.

This is a direct fulfillment of Deuteronomy 28, where Yahuah foretold the curses that would befall the covenant people in exile should they forsake His commandments. The Israeli government, acting as a tool of Edom, enforces this judgment, blinded by its own arrogance and lust for power.

However, even in this darkness, there is a prophetic glimmer. The resilience of the people, their unwavering faith in Yahuah, and their refusal to be utterly broken are signs of the remnant that will endure. Yahuah has not abandoned His covenant. He sees the suffering of His people and will, in His time, restore them. This present tribulation is a refining fire, separating the true from the false, and preparing a people for the coming Kingdom.

Let the nations take note: the plight of Gaza is not a humanitarian crisis to be ‘managed’ with aid packages. It is a consequence of disobedience, a manifestation of judgment, and a call to repentance. For Yahuah will hold all nations accountable for their actions towards Yisrael, His covenant people. The time of reckoning draws near.
