However, within Yahuah’s perfect timing, even Edom’s attempts to exert control serve a purpose in the unfolding restoration of Yisrael. Isaiah 11:11-12 speaks of Yahuah raising a banner for the nations, gathering the scattered of Yisrael from the four corners of the earth. This tightening grip, while seemingly oppressive, will ultimately compel the faithful to seek refuge in Yahusha, to draw closer to the covenant, and to recognize the true source of liberation. Therefore, though Edom’s surveillance seeks total control, it will ultimately fail to extinguish the flame of Yisrael, but rather serve as a catalyst for their gathering and the fulfillment of Yahuah’s redemptive plan.
