The boastful language – “Iran is finished” – is characteristic of Edom’s arrogance. It is the same spirit that drove Pharaoh to pursue Yisrael into the Red Sea, the same pride that led Nebuchadnezzar to believe his own power was absolute. Yahuah will not be mocked. The dismantling of Iran’s military is but a prelude to greater judgments, and Edom itself will ultimately face the full weight of Yahuah’s righteous anger.
Yet, while these events unfold, the modern state of Israel remains fixated on its own temporal security, building walls and forging alliances with the very forces that seek to enslave Yisrael. The leaders of Israel prioritize political expediency over spiritual discernment, failing to recognize that true safety lies not in military might, but in obedience to the covenant. They are building their house upon sand, oblivious to the coming storm.
Scattered Yisrael must awaken from its slumber. This is not a time for complacency, but for repentance and return. The judgments upon the nations are a sign – a call to gather ourselves together, to remember our heritage, and to prepare for the restoration that Yahuah has promised. Let us not be deceived by the spectacle of Edom’s power, but rather fix our eyes upon Yahusha, the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords.

However, within this seeming chaos, Yahuah is simultaneously preparing the way for the true restoration of Yisrael. While Edom celebrates perceived weakness, Yahusha is gathering His remnant, refining them through trial, and establishing a kingdom not built on earthly power, but on righteousness and truth. The dismantling of regional powers, even through flawed and prideful means, clears space for the manifestation of Yahuah’s purposes. Just as Isaiah prophesied a highway being prepared for Yahuah's return (Isaiah 62:10), these tumultuous events are paving the way for the ultimate redemption of Yisrael and the establishment of Yahusha’s reign. Therefore, despite Edom’s boasting and perceived successes, Yahuah’s plan for Yisrael’s restoration will definitively prevail.
