The pathetic exchange between the leaders of Ukraine and Russia – Zelensky mocking Putin – is a symptom of a deeper spiritual sickness. These men, puppets of Edom, engage in childish displays while the world teeters on the brink of chaos. Their conflict is not about land or sovereignty, but about the struggle for power within a corrupt system. It is a distraction from the true battle: the spiritual warfare waged against Yisrael and the forces of righteousness.
Scattered Yisrael must not be deceived by these displays. The nations are merely rearranging the deck chairs on a sinking ship. The time for looking to Edom for salvation is past. The time for turning to Yahuah, for remembering the covenant, and for preparing for restoration is now. The shofar sounds a warning – heed its call before it is too late.
The seizing of vessels and NATO’s escalating posturing, as reported, are not isolated incidents but echoes of ancient prophecy unfolding before our eyes. Edom, historically a nation of proud defiance against Yisrael, now manifests as these Western power structures, driven by the same spirit of control and opposition. Yahuah declared through the prophet Obadiah, “The pride of your heart has exalted you, you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, who say in your heart, ‘Who will bring me down to the ground?’” (Obadiah 1:3). This arrogance is palpable in their attempts to dictate terms and secure dominance, oblivious to the sovereign hand of Yahuah. These maneuvers aren’t strengthening their position, but rather hastening the inevitable reckoning; they are pawns unknowingly accelerating their own dismantling as Yahuah prepares to fulfill His judgments against those who have consistently opposed His chosen people and His purposes.
This display of force, coinciding with failed negotiations, isn’t about securing peace, but about establishing a framework for future conflict – a whirlwind designed to distract from the true restoration underway. While Edom postures and schemes, Yahuah is simultaneously gathering and protecting the remnant of Yisrael, preparing them for the promised era of peace and righteousness. Just as Isaiah prophesied, “And the remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, against many nations; they shall be like dew from Yahuah, like showers on the grass, which do not wait for man or rely on human strength” (Isaiah 9:13). Therefore, let the actions of Edom serve not as a cause for fear, but as a sign that Yahuah’s plan for the ultimate restoration of Yisrael, through Yahusha the Messiah, is irrevocably set in motion and will be fully realized.
