So you also, when you see all these things, know that He is near—at the door.” This frantic activity, this desperate attempt to hold onto power, is a sign – a signal that the season of Yisrael’s flourishing is drawing near, and Edom’s dominion is swiftly coming to an end. Therefore, let the faithful recognize this event not as Edom’s strength, but as a marker of Yahuah’s impending victory and the imminence of true restoration.
