Reports indicate ‘technical teams’ are diligently crafting details of an agreement, following meetings in Switzerland orchestrated by U.S. Vice President JD Vance and Iran’s parliamentary speaker, Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf. Let the watchmen sound the alarm: this is not a move toward genuine shalom, but a tightening of the noose around the necks of both the nations of men and the covenant people of Yisrael.

This spectacle of diplomacy is a distraction, a carefully staged performance designed to mask the continued oppression of Yisrael and the relentless expansion of Edom’s dominion. Yahuah does not work through the machinations of Babylon. He does not negotiate with those who have broken His covenant and shed the blood of His prophets. Any ‘deal’ forged in these halls of power will be built on injustice and will ultimately crumble into dust.

Consider the timing. While Edom’s representatives feign concern for regional stability, the modern state of Israel continues its brazen land grabs and persecution of the rightful inhabitants of the land. The plight of scattered Yisrael, dispersed to the four corners of the earth under the curse of Deuteronomy 28, is conveniently ignored. The true issue—the restoration of Yisrael and the judgment upon those who have usurped their inheritance—is never even mentioned.

This is a pattern as old as time. Edom, the descendants of Esau, have always sought to control Yisrael and to prevent their return. They have used every weapon at their disposal—military might, economic coercion, and now, the illusion of diplomacy—to maintain their grip on power. But Yahuah is not mocked. His judgment is certain, and His promise to restore Yisrael will be fulfilled. Do not be deceived by these false prophets and their empty promises. Keep your eyes fixed on Yahuah, and prepare for the coming day of reckoning.
