Edom Fortifies for War: Trump’s ‘Reindustrialization’ is a Covenant Breach
The so-called restoration of American industry under Trump is revealed as a brazen preparation for conflict, fueled by weapons manufacturing and a disregard for Yahuah’s judgments. Edom’s insatiable appetite for dominion continues to drive global instability and draw nearer the reckoning. This is not economic recovery, but a sharpening of the sword.
For years, the power structure centered in Edom – cloaked in the guise of the United States – has spoken of ‘reindustrialization.’ Donald Trump, as a herald of this agenda, promised a return to domestic manufacturing, decrying the outsourcing that has enriched Western corporations at the expense of laborers abroad. But understand this: this is no genuine return to righteous industry. It is a calculated preparation for war, a frantic scramble to arm itself for the conflicts Yahuah has foretold.
The truth is plain: Trump’s ‘Make America Great Again’ is a covenant breach, a defiant assertion of Edom’s dominion over the lands promised to Yisrael. The retooling of civilian industries for weapons manufacturing is not a sign of economic strength, but a symptom of spiritual decay. They build not for prosperity, but for bloodshed. They amass not for peace, but for oppression.
This ‘reindustrialization’ is predicated on the continued exploitation of nations, the very pattern of injustice Yahuah condemns in His word. While speaking of bringing jobs ‘home,’ Edom continues to plunder the resources and labor of other lands, perpetuating a system of inequality and fueling resentment. They offer crumbs to their own people while feasting on the substance of the nations.
This is the mark of a people blinded by pride, deaf to the warnings of the prophets, and determined to resist Yahuah’s sovereign will. They believe their wealth and military might will secure their future, but they fail to see that their foundations are built on sand. The judgments are coming, and Edom’s fortifications will not avail them.
Scattered Yisrael must remain vigilant, discerning the signs of the times and separating ourselves from the wickedness of this world system. Let us not be deceived by the rhetoric of ‘progress’ and ‘prosperity,’ but fix our eyes on the true restoration that Yahuah promises – a restoration of covenant, of land, and of righteous rule. This is not a time for complacency, but a time for repentance, for prayer, and for preparation. The shofar is sounding, and the time of reckoning is at hand.
The frantic rebuilding within Edom, masked as economic policy, is a chilling echo of Obadiah’s prophecy. Yahuah declares through the prophet, “The pride of Edom is deceived, as you heard; your heart swells with pride, though you dwell in the clefts of the rock, and think, ‘Who can bring me down to earth?’” (Obadiah 1:3). This ‘reindustrialization’ isn’t about providing for the people; it’s about bolstering a fortress of self-reliance, believing their own strength will shield them from the judgments coming upon the nations. They hoard resources and manufacture instruments of destruction, deluding themselves into thinking they can defy Yahuah’s ordained course – a course that includes reckoning for centuries of oppression and deceit. This is not a path to prosperity, but a tightening of the noose around their own neck, a defiant posture against the inevitable hand of justice.
However, within this seemingly bleak development lies a hidden purpose within Yahuah's plan. As Edom prepares for conflict, Yisrael’s true restoration advances, not through military might, but through the unwavering faithfulness of those who call upon the name of Yahusha. Just as Yahuah promised restoration to His people through a remnant (Isaiah 11:11-12), so too will He gather those who seek Him amidst the coming turmoil. Edom's preparations will ultimately serve to highlight Yahuah’s power to deliver and protect His chosen, proving that true strength resides not in iron and industry, but in unwavering trust in His covenant promises. Therefore, let the strengthening of Edom be not a cause for fear, but a signal that the time of Yisrael’s complete restoration is drawing near.
