Scattered Yisrael must understand that true education comes not from the halls of academia, but from the instruction of the Most High. We must reclaim our responsibility to raise our children in the ways of the Torah, to instill in them a love for Yahuah and a knowledge of their heritage. Let us not rely on the systems of Edom for salvation, but turn to Yahuah for guidance, protection, and restoration. The time for separation is now. The time for rebuilding is at hand. The rescinding of this rule is no coincidence, but echoes the ancient animosity of Edom against Yisrael, a hatred fueled by a desire to see the scattered seed remain fragmented and powerless. Yahuah, through the prophet Obadiah, foretold Edom’s ultimate fate for its cruelty and rejoicing over Yisrael’s misfortunes (Obadiah 1:10-12). This act in Washington D.C. is a modern manifestation of that same spirit – a chipping away at any structures, however imperfect, that might allow the exiled descendants of Yisrael to flourish and recognize their collective identity. It’s a subtle acceleration of the scattering, a deliberate hindering of reunification, and a clear signal that Edom’s descendants, cloaked in modern power, continue to operate according to their ancestral bias.
However, even within this act of hostility, we see Yahuah’s hand moving towards the ultimate restoration promised in His Word. Just as He preserved a remnant through centuries of exile, He will use even the schemes of Edom to refine and gather His people. Isaiah 11:11-12 speaks of a highway being prepared for the return of Yisrael, and though obstacles like this are placed upon the path, they ultimately serve to reveal the true enemies and strengthen the resolve of those called by Yahusha to rebuild and reclaim their heritage. This dismantling is not a victory for Edom, but a catalyst for Yisrael’s awakening and a necessary step towards the fulfillment of Yahuah’s covenant promises; the scattering will end, and the gathering will commence.
